    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently weld resin materials mutually by a laser beam relatively low in energy.
      SOLUTION: A laser beam is emitted to a foamed resin material 2 from the side of a transparent resin material so as to closely bond a transparent resin material 1 for permitting the laser beam to transmit and a foamed resin layer 2 including carbon black. A molten basin 4 is formed by the heat caused in the foamable resin material 2 upon the absorption of the heat energy of the laser beam. At this time, since the foamed cells 3 of a foamable resin material 2 become a heat insulating material to preven the diffusion of heat, the accumulation of heat in the molten basin 4 is accelerated to effectively transfer heat to the transparent resin material 1. That is, since the loss of heat energy is reduced, the resin can be melted in a short time by relatively low energy. Thereafter, the molten resin is solidified and a welded part 5 is formed to weld both resin materials.

    • PURPOSE:To defoam a liq. contg. air bubbles without deteriorating the performance of a molded body by charging the liq. in a rotatable vessel, floating the air bubbles by the sp.gr. difference, rotating the vessel to collect the air bubbles on the inner peripheral wall surface, and then removing the air bubbles. CONSTITUTION:A raw liq. materials contg. air bubbles is charged in the vessel, and the contained air bubbles are floated up on the surface of the raw liq. material. Since the sp.gr. of the air bubbles is lower than that of the raw liq. material, the contained air bubbles re gradually collected on the surface. The vessel is then rotated, and the centrifugal force is exerted on the raw liq. material, so the air bubbles collected on the surface are collected on the inner peripheral wall surface of the vessel. The air bubbles collected on the inner peripheral wall surface are physically scraped or sucked by a negative pressure, and discharged to the outside of the vessel.

The mounting base 6 includes a sliding means that slides the substrate W, wherein the mounting base 6 is lifted and a protrusion T of the substrate W is brought into contact with the skin material S to form a support portion R. The sliding means slides the substrate W, hauls a region S1 of one side of the skin material from support portion R, loosens a region S2 of the other side of the skin material, and sticking the skin material S by softening, pressing and vacuating the skin material S the surface of the substrate.
