    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk case and a clamp part where clamp force by a clamp part becomes uniform regardless of lamination optical disks that deviate each other. SOLUTION: An optical disk case 10 has a bottom 11 with a space for accommodating an optical disk, a lid 12 that is pivoted at one side of the bottom switchably, and a tray 13 that is engaged into the bottom, the tray 13 has a clamp part 16 that is engaged to the center hole of the optical disk to be accommodated, and the clamp part has a clamp nib 16a that is engaged to the center hole of the optical disk to be accommodated. Then, the clamp nib has a level difference part 16b, so that a uniform press force can be applied to the laminated substrates when the center hole of an optical disk 17, where a plurality of disk substrates are applied, is engaged to the clamp nib 16a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a spacer later of prescribed thickness by providing a projection part of a prescribed height on a disk substrate, and forming the spacer layer having the same hight as the projection part. SOLUTION: An optical disk 10 is constituted so that a step difference 12 with the prescribed height is provided on the outer peripheral part of the substrate 11, and a first rugged pattern based on a first recording signal is formed on a prescribed surface 11A in the step difference 12, and a first reflection film layer 13 with a low reflectance of light is formed on the surface. Further, the spacer layer 14 of resin having high light transmissivity is formed on the reflection film layer 13, and a second rugged pattern based on a second recording signal is formed on its upper surface 14A, and further, a second reflection film layer 15 with a high reflectance of light is formed on the upper surface 14A to be covered by a protection film layer 16. The optical disk 10 formed in such a manner facilitates the formation of the spacer layer 14 having the thickness capable of preventing interference of reflection light by providing the step difference 12 of the height (t) on the substrate 11 and laminating and forming the first rugged pattern, the first reflection film layer 13 and the spacer 14 within the height (t) by the step difference 12.
