摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout discharge device devised to prevent mixture of sediments, etc., by changing a grout discharge port interlocked with the opening and closing of an excavating and stirring blade. SOLUTION: One or more of stirring shafts 2 provided on a ground-improving excavator are provided with excavating and stirring blades 11-14 in multiple stages and in an openable and closeable state. Additionally, a three-way change- over valve 34 to be interlocked with the opening and closing of the excavating and stirring blades 11-14 is arranged in the middle of a grout piping 33 provided on each of the stirring shafts 2 so that a discharge port of a head end of the stirring shaft and the grout piping 33 are communicated to each other in a closed state of the excavating and stirring blade and a discharge port 40 on a side surface of the stirring shaft and the grout piping 33 are connected to each other in an open state of the excavating and stirring blade.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To length a length of excavating agitating blades house in a housing body having a limited length, and produce an improved body having a large diameter by housing tip parts of the excavating agitating blades of an upper stage in a lapping shape on the outside of an opening-closing fulcrum of the excavating agitating blades of a lower stage. SOLUTION: Excavating agitating blades 11 to 14 are installed on an agitating shaft 2 of a ground improving excavator so as to be simultaneously freely openable and closable by 90 deg. with support shafts 18 as an opening-closing fulcrum. The excavating agitating blades 11 and 13 of a lower stage part and the excavating agitating blades 12 and 14 of an upper stage part are installed in a step difference shape on the agitating shaft 2, and tip parts of the excavating agitating blades 4 and 12 of an upper stage can also be housed in a lapping shape at the opening-closing fulcrum of the excavating agitating blades 13 and 11 of a lower stage, that is, on the outside of the respective support shafts 18. Therefore, a length of the excavating agitating blades 11 to 14 housed in a housing part H having a limited length can be lengthened, and a diameter D of an improved body to be created can be formed as a large diameter, and ground improving efficiency can be improved. A blade end part S' and a blade side end parts S of the excavating agitating blades 11 to 14 are formed in a sawtooth shape, and rotary excavation is facilitated.
