    • PURPOSE: To facilitate construction by disposing an impermeable film material at the upper and lower sides of a permeable film material, and forming a cement layer between the permeable film material and one impermeable film material, and a water mold layer between it and the other impermeable film material. CONSTITUTION: This is formed of a permeable film material 2, impermeable film materials 3, 4, cement 5, and water 6. Subsequently, a multi-layer frame 1 formed into a pouch by holding the central permeable film material 2 and locating the impermeable film materials 3, 4 at its upper and lower parts before being sealed by its outer periphery is set on the upper end surface of the wall of a building, followed by being fastened by an anchor. Next, after fiber- reinforced cement is filled between the film materials 2, 3, water 6 is poured between the film materials 2, 4 by means of a pump 9. Following this, water 6 is compressed so as to allow cement 5 to be supplied uniformity through the film material 2, and water 6 is drained after solidification of cement 6; then, this is finished by removing the film materials 4, 2, 3 successively. So, its execution can be done promptly.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable rapid decomposition and removal and to enable the decomposition and removal of the contaminants of unsatd. strata as well at the time of executing purification and restoration by bioremediation. SOLUTION: Two pieces or above of wells 11, 12 are excavated to the saturation strata 12 near the underground polluted point 1 polluted with the contaminants and >=2 electrodes 23, 24, parted from each other, are embedded in the saturation strata 12 near the underground polluted point 1. A bioreactor 25 which forms methane by utilizing hydrogen is installed above the ground. Voltage is impressed between the electrodes 23, 24 and the hydrogen generated at the cathode 24 is supplied to the bioreactor 25. The ground water pumped up from the well 22 existing on the downstream side of the ground water stream 5 at the underground polluted point 1 is introduced into the bioreactor 25. The saturation strata 12 are impregnated with this water together with the methane formed by the bioreactor 25 and the oxygen generated at the anode 23 from the well 21 existing on the upstream side of the ground water stream 5 at the underground polluted point 1.

Drains 28, 29 are installed between the underground polluted point 1 and the horizontal electrodes 24, 27. While voltage is impressed among the respective horizontal electrodes 24, 25, 26, 27, the ground water is pumped up from the well 22 existing on the downstream side of the underground water stream 5. At least one kind among oxygen, nutrient sources for the bacteria for decomposing the contaminants in the soil and substrate are added to at least a part of the ground water and, thereafter, the saturation strata 12 are impregnated with the water from the well 21 existing on the upstream side of the ground water stream 5 of the underground polluted point 1.

While voltage is impressed between the respective electrodes, the ground water contg. the contaminants is pumped up from the well 11. At least one kind among the growth substrate of the pollutant decomposing microorganisms in the soil, the nutrient source for the microorganisms and oxygen are added to the pumped up water. The saturation strata 17 is impregnated with a part of the pumped up water from the impregnation well 12 existing on the upstream side of the ground water stream 5 at the underground polluted point 1. The unsatd. strata 18 which are the upper strata of the saturation strata 17 are impregnated with the other part of the water.
