    • PURPOSE:To easily construct a giant plane having a solar battery, in the cosmos space. CONSTITUTION:A cosmos structure article is integrally constituted of a device body 2 having the circular sectional surface vertical to the shaft of the cosmos structure article and a plurality of fan shaped elements 3 which are installed in radial form, keeping a uniform interval on the outer peripheral surfaces of the device body 2 and in which a solar battery is incorporated on the surface. The fan shaped element 3 is constituted so as to be foldable with a folding 4 along the circumferential direction of the fan shaped element 3. A rotary shaft 5 installed at the base part of the fan shaped element 3 is rotatably installed on the device body 2 with the axis line in the direction crossing at right angle with the axis line of the device body 2. Since a plurality of fan shaped elements having the solar batteries are installed on the outer peripheral surface of the device body, the fan shaped element can be installed on the device body on the ground, and the need of installing the solar battery in the cosmos space is obviated, and the need of transporting material from the ground is obviated, and the cost required for the installation of the solar battery can be reduced.
