摘要： A clean room which can be used suitably when it is desired to keep the air inside a clean room at an ultrahigh purity. This clean room is equipped with a ceiling (23), a floor (28), an indoor space (30) between said ceiling and said floor, air supply means (24) for supplying an ultrahigh-purity air into the indoor space and air discharge means (40) for discharging the air supplied into the indoor space. The indoor space is divided into a first region (B) of which a high purity is required and a second region (A) which is adjacent to the first region and of which a purity further higher than that of the first region is required. The air supply means is equipped with air blow ports (26) which are disposed on the ceiling of the second region and blows out the air downward, and the air discharge means is equipped with first air suction ports (25) which are disposed on the ceiling of the first region and sucks the air upward. Part of the clean air blown downward from the air blow ports is taken into the first air suction ports so that an air stream having a large lateral velocity component flowing from the second region generates inside the indoor space and prevents intrusion of dust from the first region to the second region.

摘要： A clean room suitable for use when ultra high cleanliness of air is to be maintained. The clean room has a ceiling , a floor , an indoor space between the ceiling and the floor, an air supply means for supplying the air of ultra high cleanliness to the indoor space, and an air exhausting means for exhausting the air supplied to the indoor space. Since part of the clean air blown off downward from the air outlet port is exhausted in the first inlet port, an air stream having a large transverse speed component flowing from the second region to the first region is generated, thereby preventing introduction of dust from the first region to the second region.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an activated carbon adsorbent dust-free. SOLUTION: The surface of an activated carbon particle is coated with a coating layer consisting of a thin resin film with fine holes. The coating layer is formed of an acrylic resin. The activated carbon particles each other are integrally formed with the coating layer. A chemical agent adsorbing acidic gas or basic gas is stuck on the activated carbon particles. A method for preparing it comprises a process wherein the activated carbon particles are immersed in the treating liquid, a process wherein a resin solution is stuck on the surface of the activated carbon particles and a process wherein at the same time when a coating layer is formed by heating and drying, the treating liquid is evaporated to form fine hols. At the same time when the coating layer is formed, the activated carbon particles each other are stuck together with the coating layer to integrally form them. As the treating liquid, a solution of the chemical agent adsorbing an acidic gas or a basic gas is used.

SOLUTION: The base material of a paint mainly comprises a liquid epoxy resin and a reactive thinner which reacts with an amine used as a curing agent. The curing agent of the paint mainly comprises an amine, preferably one which is less likely to be decomposed to ammonia with the passage of time. The amine of the curing agent is preferably modified with an organic compound to achieve a low volatility.
