摘要： PURPOSE:To carry out economical space cooling and heating by a method wherein at the center of a house a vertically tall heat storage tank reaching the underpart of a loft from the foundation is installed and around its periphery an insulating wall with a proper space is provided and heat is stored by a heat pump. CONSTITUTION:At the center part 2a of a house 2 a heat storage tank 1 of a fixed capacity reaching the underpart 4 of a loft from a foundation 3 is installed and is surrounded by an insulating wall 6 with a proper space 5 at the periphery of the tank, and at the upper part of the tank a suction air duct 8 with a suction air fan 7 is placed. The water stored in the tank 1 is heated or cooled with a heat pump 9 by utilizing late-night electricity to store warm or cool heat energy, and the warm or cool water in the tank 1 is circulated through a panel type space cooling and heating apparatus 10 or a fan coil type apparatus 11. The fan 7 is operated to intro duce the air from the duct 8 into the space 5, and the air is heated or cooled with the tank 1 and then circulated with a suction air fan 14 and an exhaust fan 15 at each room. Thus, the heat storage tank with a large capacity can be installed in a small setting area to be able to carry out economical space cooling and heating.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent quantity of a coolant circulating along a coolant circuit from decreasing by providing solenoid valves at the front and rear stages of an evaporator circuit and also providing a control circuit for operating these solenoid valves and carrying out the pumping down of the evaporator circuit on the side not utilized. CONSTITUTION:The heat pump device comprises solenoid valves 14c, 14d, 15c and 15d which are provided respectively at the front stages and the rear stages of evaporator circuits C and D and open and close the evaporator circuits C and D, and a control circuit for operating these solenoid valves and carrying out the pumping down of the evaporator circuit or the side not utilized. According to this structure, during the stoppage of the heat pump device, all the solenoid valves 14c, 14d, 15c and 15d are closed. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the quantity of the coolant moving to evaporators 13c and 13d. Further, at the time of starting the heat pump device, the solenoid valves 14c and 15c of the circuit C of the utilizing side evaporator 13c are closed and the solenoid valves 14d and 15d are opened. Thus, the coolant flows to the evaporator 13d on the side not utilized. After operating for a predetermined time, the solenoid valve 15d is closed, and the solenoid valve 14c and 15c are opened and the evaporator 13d stands still and an operation utilizing the evaporator 13c is carried out. Consequently, the evaporator 13d can recover the stored coolant and the freezer oil.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify equipment by a method wherein an air supply port with a damper and a fan and an exhaust port with the outdoor side refrigerant coil of the heat pump for space cooling and heating are installed under the loft of a house and connected to a centralized air supply duct and exhaust duct respectively. CONSTITUTION:Under the loft 2 of a house 1 an air supply port 8, an exhaust port 9 with dampers 8b, 9b and fans 8c, 9c respectively are installed and the port 8 is connected to the blow-off port of each room 14 through a damper 5a and an air supply duct 5. The port 9 is connected to the suction port 17 of each room 14 through an exhaust duct 6 and a damper 10 opened and shut in response to heat recovery is installed between the ports 8 and 9. A heat pump 11 consisting of a refrigerant compressor, an indoor side refrigerant coil 11a, an outdoor side refrigerant coil 11b installed at the port 9, an expansion valve, a four-way, cock, etc., cools and heats the stored water of a heat storage tank 2 with a circulation pipe 12 by utilizing late-night electricity. Thus, exhaust heat is recovered only at a place of the exhaust port and equipment is simplified and all kinds of ventilation modes can be selected freely.

In this case, the radiator 8 of the cooling device 6 may additionally have function to dissipate heat by heat exchange with air. When the feed of water to a heating device 2 from a water source 1 takes place during operation of the cooling device 6, water flows through the water feed pipe 7, the water absorbs exhaust heat from the cooling device 6 for preheat to produce warm water, which is added to a heating device 2. Thus, energy required for heating by means of the heating device 2 may be reduced by a quantity equivalent to absorbed heat energy.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form excellent thermal stratification without disturbing conditions in a tank and thereby to improve the efficiency of heat storage by a construction wherein the outer peripheral opening of a guide member is directed upward when the member is provided in the vicinity of an upper-side channel and made to communicate with the upper-side channel, while the outer peripheral opening of the other guide member is directed downward when the member is provided in the vicinity of a lower-side channel and made to communicate with the lower-side channel. CONSTITUTION:Guide members 34 and 35 are constituted of circular grooves 38 and 39 having openings 36 and 37 above and below respectively, and the circular grooves 38 and 39 are provided concentrically with a tank 31, while the openings 36 and 37 are positioned on the same horizontal plane respectively. The upper-side guide member 34 is so constituted as to be positioned below a water surface in the tank at the depth being larger than the vertical thickness thereof, and the outer peripheral openings 36 and 37 are so positioned as to make a circle along the inner peripheral surface of the tank. The guide member 34 functions as a buffer area weakening the force of water. Thereby the kinetic energy of water is reduced and the water flows into the tank 31 at a low flow speed with a uniform distribution in the form of a horizontal plane. Accordingly, the water can be fed without disturbing thermal stratification in the tank 31 so much.
