摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack for prestressed member that can be set directly at the end of a precast material and is useful for improving workability. SOLUTION: The jack for prestressed member is composed of a jack main body 2 having a groove 4 for interposing a prestressed member therein and a tensioning nut receiving part 5 and a plurality of piston rods 3A-3D arranged in parallel with one another at the inside of the jack main body 2 so that they can be moved in synchronized reciprocating motion at the same stroke in the same direction. The groove 4 is formed of a straight-line groove opening toward one side of the jack main body 2 and extending in the direction toward the front and the rear while reaching to the center, and the tensioning nut receiving part 5 is formed of a recessed part extending from one side at the rear side of the main body to the rear end of the groove 4 so that the tensioning nut can be received at the inside of the jack main body 2. The piston rods 3A-3D are provided symmetrically with the groove 4 being the central axis at both sides of the groove 4 so that the rods do not interfere with screwing operation for an anchorage nut screwed down onto a threaded part at the end.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve the workability by feeding a plurality of messenger wires into holes in PC, and successively inserting the PC steel into the holes in the PC through the wires. CONSTITUTION: A second messenger wire 10 is fed from a reel 8, and connected to one end of a coupler 11 through a guide arm 43. A first messenger wire 9 is fed from a reel 7, and inserted into a hole 18 in a PC of a PC girder 3 through a guide arm 35, and connected to the other end of a coupler 11, and the rear end of the ware 9 is connected to a first PC steel 27 through a coupler 28. Then, the wire 10 is wound back, the wires 9, 10 are detached from the coupler 11 in the vicinity of a reel 8, and then, the wire 9 is wound by the reel 7 to tighten the PC steel 27. After the wire 9 is detached from the coupler 28, guides 21,35 are moved to the next hole 18. Similar process is alternately repeated to the opposite direction. The work can be continuously, rapidly and easily executed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To hold pre-stress introduced to a hollow PC steel rod, using the rod as a reaction force bearing member by employing an anchor device having a simple construction and a small size. CONSTITUTION:A stopper 3 is detachably fixed to one end of a hollow PC steel rod 1 for catching one end of another PC steel rod 2 inserted therein, and an internal thread 6 formed on one end of a bearing cylinder 5 is screwed to an external thread formed on the external surface of the other end of the rod L1. An external thread formed on the external surface of an annular engagement piece 8 is screwed to the internal thread on the other end of the cylinder 5, thereby coupling a presser engagement piece 10 at an intermediate position in the cylinder 5 to the annular engagement piece 8. According to this construction, a compression force is applied to the PC steel rod 2 and tension pre-stress is introduced to the hollow PC steel rod 1.

CONSTITUTION: When a structure is to be fixed to the ground by a PC steel rod unit 10, an anchor hole for arranging a hollow PC steel rod 11 is drilled in the ground. A hollow PC steel rod 11 stretched and held by a solid PC steel rod 12 and a tension holding member 13 is arranged in the anchor hole. An anchor body section for fixing the outer periphery of one end of the hollow PC steel rod 11 and near it to the ground is formed with an anchor body member 14. An anchor head section for fixing the outer periphery of the other end of the hollow PC steel rod 11 and near it is formed with a nut 15. The solid PC steel rod 12 and the nut 13a' and the bolt 13b' of the tension holding member 13 stretching and holding the hollow PC steel rod 11 are removed, and prestress is applied to a structure and the ground stuck with the hollow PC steel rod 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance workability by filling a tubular, water permeable bag having through-holes in its center with a cement expanding agent, etc., then mounting the bag in tubular joint fittings, inserting a pair of steel bars or the like into the through-hole of the bag, then causing expansion of the expanding agent. CONSTITUTION:A bag 4 having through-holes 5 in its center is filled with an expansible material 3 such as lime and calcium sulfur aluminates and is mounted in tubular joint fittings 1 having openings 2 at both ends thereof. Next, the end portions of two hard, long-size members 6 are inserted into both through- holes 5. Then water is added to the material 3 to cause hydration and the long-size members 6 are connected together inside the fittings 1 by means of the pressure of expansion. The members can thus firmly be connected together without causing slip at the joint, and the expansive material can easily be enclosed in the joint fittings while its leakage loss can be avoided.
