    • PURPOSE:To give prestress to a hollow PC steel bar through a pre-tension system by a small-sized tension grip having a simple structure. CONSTITUTION:A bearing base 3 having a hollow PC steel-bar inserting groove 2 is fixed at one end section of a support base 1, a jack cradle bearing the cylinder of a jack for pushing-in is fastened at the other end section of the support base 1, and a bearing base having a hollow PC steel-bar inserting groove 7 is settled to the intermediate section of the support base 1. A bearing pressure board 10 engaged with the bearing base 3 and a stopper 12 engaged at one end section of a PC steel bar 11 inserted into a hollow PC steel bar 9 are fixed detachably at one end section of the hollow PC steel bar 9. A bearing cylinder 15 having a female screw at one end section is screwed to a male screw on the outside of the other end section of the hollow PC steel bar 9, and a pushing engaging piece 16 fitted at the other end section of the PC steel bar 11 is arranged into the intermediate section of the bearing cylinder 15. An annular engaging piece 17 is screwed at the other end section of the bearing cylinder 15, and a pushing member 19 pushed by a piston lever 18 for the jack 4 for pushing-in is inserted to the annular engaging piece 17.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of a PC steel bar and a prestressed concrete construction capable of lessening possibility of the interference with reinforcement in a joint part between compressed PC steel bars and, at the same time, decreasing the partial loss of area for connecting the compressed PC steel bars to each other as much as possible.
      SOLUTION: In the connection structure of the PC steel bars 4 and 5 used for introducing tensile pre-stress to the compression side of a concrete member, a plurality of PC steel bar insertion pipes 6 and 7 are respectively inserted in both ends of a thick short pipe 8 to screw them to each other, a plurality of PC steel bars are respectively inserted in the PC steel bar insertion pipes so that the front end faces can be abutted on each other in the middle part of the inside of the thick short pipe, spaces among the PC steel bar insertion pipes, the thick short pipe and a plurality of PC steel bars are filled with anticorrosives, and when compressive stress is introduced to a plurality of PC steel bars, the front end faces are closely connected to each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for a post-compressing construction method capable of pushing in a PC steel bar by a jack, even if a recessed part as a jack installing space is not formed in a concrete member.
      SOLUTION: The concrete member 4 is provided with the recessed part 3 for operating an anchoring nut 2 threadedly engaged with the compressed PC steel bar 1. A pipe body 6 for inserting a rod 5a of the jack 5 is arranged in the concrete member so that one end of the pipe body projects from an end part of the concrete member on the same axis as the compressed PC steel bar. A first receiving part 7 is arranged on the projecting end of the pipe body, and a second receiving part 5b is arranged in a position opposed to the first receiving part in the jack. The jack for inserting the rod into the pipe body is detachably fixed by a connecting member 8 having engaging parts 8a and 8b detachably locking on the first and second receiving parts.
