    • PURPOSE: To facilitate the continuous manufacture for setting a formwork and for moving it after manufacturing a reinforced concrete structure by providing plural formworks, which are arranged in parallel with each other with an equal space, freely to be moved in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION: After adjusting spaces between respective formworks 1 and fixing them with a formwork setting device 3, a sheathing board is fitted so as to seal the inside of the formwork 1, and furthermore, a space between the lower end of the sheathing board and the foundation surface 13 inside of the formwork is sealed by a sealing member 11. A formwork fitting member 9 is operated so as to fix the formwork 1 to the formwork setting device 3 with the magnetic force, and the required reinforcement is performed in the formwork 1, and concrete 12 is filled therein. After the concrete is hardened, a width adjusting member 8 is operated so as to enlarge a space between the formworks 1, 1 for removal. After separating the manufactured reinforced concrete structure and the formwork 1, when the magnetic force of the formwork fitting member 9 disappears, each formwork 1 is placed onto each support roller 2 by the self-weight thereof. After moving each formwork 1 to the predetermined position in the longitudinal progress direction, the formwork setting device 3 is fitted to each formwork 1 again.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reduction in cost needed for the discharge of water dripping from a pervious mat used for the curing of lining concrete of a tunnel to the outside of the tunnel and to realize efficient curing of the lining concrete by reducing the time and manpower needed for the connection of the pervious mat to a water supply source. SOLUTION: The curing device used for the curing of the lining concrete of the tunnel includes a truck, a frame, and the pervious mat. The truck can move in the axial direction of the tunnel, and the frame placed on the truck can move up and down. The pervious mat is supported by the frame, and water-absorbing materials are arranged in the interior of the pervious mat. The curing method of the lining concrete of the tunnel includes preparing the pervious mat in which the water-absorbing materials are arranged, bringing the pervious mat into intimate contact with the lining concrete, supplying water to the pervious mat, stopping water supply to the pervious mat, and maintaining the intimate contact of the pervious mat with the lining concrete.
