摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe insertion pipe joint of a simple structure capable of surely sealing and installation by only inserting a bellows pipe into a joint body and rotating a nut member. SOLUTION: In the insertion pipe joint 16 connecting bellows pipe F having wave shape projection and recess parts 18, 20 on an outer circumference surface, a joint body 26, an annular nut member 30, a packing member 42, an annular pressing sleeve 100, annular collar member 102 and an annular retainer member 50 are provided, a pressing pin 112 is provided on either of an end part of the nut member or an end part of the pressing sleeve, a pressing tapered surface 108 inclined to give the pressing sleeve force for moving the same to an inner part of the joint body by rotation of the nut member by getting into contact with the pressing pin is formed on another end part, and the collar member gets into contact with the retainer member and deforms the same in a direction of reducing diameter when the collar member is inserted into the joint body.

SOLUTION: In a state where the corrugate pipe T is inserted and sufficiently pushed in an inner hole 13 of an inner case 12, a claw 23 of a retainer 20 is engaged with an annular recess portion outside the corrugate pipe T so that the corrugate pipe T is in a temporarily locked state and prevented from being pulled out. Then, when the worker draws out the corrugated pipe T upward by hands, the lock between the outer case 15 and the retainer 20 by a stop ring 30 is released, an outer ring groove 22a of the connecting sleeve part 22 of the retainer 20 and regular fixing groove for the connecting end portions of the inner/outer cases 12 and 15 are faced to each other, and the stop ring 30 is disposed therein to fix the retainer 20 in the ease 11. In a state where the retainer 20 is fixed thereto, the outer circumferential tapered face 27 of the retainer 20 abuts on the internal circumferential tapered face 19 of the outer case 15 so that respective segments 25 of the retainer 20 are contractedly fitted therein so as to firmly prevent the corrugate pipe T from being pulled out.

When an overhung portion 37y in the bottom end of a base portion 37 of the retainer 30 passes through a lower tapered portion 13y of the casing 10, a force strongly pushing the packing 35 against the outside of the corrugated pipe T is formed and, when an overhung portion 36x in the top end of a lever part 36 of the retainer 30 passes through the upper tapered portion 13x of the casing 10, a force pushing a claw 38 against a recess outside the corrugated pipe T is formed.

SOLUTION: In the slip-on pipe joint 16 which joints the bellows type pipe F having a concave and a convex 18, 20 in corrugated form around the periphery, the pipe joint comprising: a joint main body 26 wherein a pipe insertion aperture 24 is formed in step-wise to insert the bellows type pipe; an entrance main section 30 wherein a pipe insertion opening 28 is formed and a guide member 32 inscribed in the pipe insertion aperture is provided slidably in the longitudinal direction; a low rigid ring real member 36 which is installed in the pipe insertion aperture and keeps close contact with the periphery of the bellows type pipe F at the nose portion when pressed by the insertion of the guide member; a retainer member 40 which is installed in the pipe insertion aperture and engages with a recess of the bellows type pipe when the guide member is inserted; and an engagement member 52 which is mounted on the guide member and engages with the inner wall of the pipe insertion aperture when the guide member is inserted in the pipe insertion aperture. Because of these construction, just by insertion of the bellows type pipe into the joint main body, the seal member is compressed, provides a firm sealing, and is prevented from the slipping-off.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively seal a bellows pipe and to prevent the bellows pipe from slipping of by compressing a packing and pressing a slip-off preventing member by a spring released from the compressed state only by inserting the bellows pipe in a joint body. SOLUTION: This bell-and-spigot pipe joint comprises, inside a joint body, a spring 30 sprung in an axial direction, a guide 20 for holding the spring 30 in the compressed state, and a packing 41 compressed by the elongation of the spring 30. The packing 41 is compressed by releasing the compression holding state of the spring 30 by a bellows pipe 40 inserted in the joint body, and further a pipe 40 is locked in the slip-off prevented state. The spring holding member 20 has an annular part 22 for receiving one end of the spring 30; a locking piece 21 extending to the inner part in the axial direction; a projecting part 23 locked to an inner surface recess 15 of the joint body; and an abutting part 24 abutting on the end part of the pipe 40. The spring holding member 20 is locked to the recessed groove 15 provided in the joint body, and the lock state is released being pressed by the end part of the bellows pipe 40. A soft packing or a lip packing is used as the packing 41.

SOLUTION: A joint body 21 carries thereon a case 10 in fixed fashion. The case 10 comprises a first or upper case 11 and a second or lower case 12. Within the case 10, a retainer 13 is interposed between the lower end face of the first case 11 and an annular projection 12e of the second case 12. The retainer 13 consists of an outer ring 31 of elastic material such as rubber, and a rib 33 of brass attached to the internal surface of the outer ring 31. When receiving axially downward force from the point of a corrugated tube T, the rib 33 can bob down accordingly.

Before connecting a corrugated pipe, a key 57 of the spring receiver 51 is engaged with a key groove 37 of the body main body 35 so as to lock the spring receiver 51 in the axial direction. After inserting the corrugated pipe, the case 11 and the joint box 31 are relatively turned so that the key 57 of the spring receiver 51 enters a key groove 17 of the outer case 15.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated pipe joint permitting a connecting operation with a good construction property without using tools such as a spanner and a wrench, etc. SOLUTION: The corrugated pipe joint 10 comprises a joint body 11, retainers 15, a case 19 and the like. Each retainer 15 is a member made from stainless, in which a locking part 15a, a pawl 15b and a connection 15c are formed integrally with one another. The locking parts 15a of the retainers 15 are integrally linked with one another by ring-shaped elastic members 14. When the case 19 is threaded into the joint body 11, a taper part 19a at the lower end of the case 19 makes contact with the tapered surface 15d of each retainer 15, which is in turn tilted in the direction of insertion of a corrugated pipe T. When the tapered part 19a is in contact with the tapered surface 15d, each retainer 15 is not tilted in the opposite direction (withdrawal direction) to the direction of insertion of the corrugated pipe T. This allows a connecting operation to be carried out while preventing inadvertent disconnection of the corrugated pipe T.
