摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool for an electrically fused joint capable of performing the execution even when a branched short pipe projected from a main pipe is short. SOLUTION: A fixing tool 1 for an electrically fused joint is used for connecting a resin pipe 2 to a branched short resin pipe 4-1 to be projected from a circumferential surface of a cast iron pipe 6 through an electrically fused joint 3. The fixing tool 1 is provided with a fixing member 15 to be fixed to an outer side of an outer split sleeve 5 of the cast iron pipe 6, a clamping member 11 to be abutted on the outer side of a polyethylene pipe 2, and a connection member to connect the fixing member 15 to the clamping member 11. A branch port 5-4 having a flange 5-1 in the periphery thereof, where the branched short resin pipe 4-1 is projected, is provided on the outer split sleeve 5 of a main pipe. The fixing member 15 is formed half-split ring- shaped, and provided with a circumferential groove to be engaged with the flange 5-1.

These inlet side part 19 and outlet side part 33 are fixed to the building wall 2 by a fixing metal fitting 41. A cover 3 is also provided to cover the inlet side part 19, the outlet side part 33 and the fixing metal fitting 41.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling having a function to be connected with high sealing ability without a labor by inserting a corrugated pipe in a preassembled coupling and thereafter slightly further fastening a nut and besides detect it at a current time whether the corrugated pipe is correctly inserted. SOLUTION: A coupling to interconnect corrugated pipes comprises a coupling body 1; a sleeve 2 to hold the end of a corrugated pipe 4; and a nut 3 screwed in the coupling body 1. In which case, the coupling body 1 has a shoulder part 14 formed at the inside and having an airtight surface, an inner surface taper surface adjoining the shoulder part 14, and an annular recessed groove adjoining the taper surface. The sleeve 2 has a protrusion formed from an end part toward the internal part in a radial direction, and the protrusion enters the root of the flexible corrugated pipe 4 through resilient pivot movement. Further, the nut 3 has a claw, holding the outer surface of the protrusion of the sleeve 2 in a place corresponding to the annular recessed groove, a press surface pressed against the sleeve 2, and a fit-in groove in which the outer peripheral surface of the rear part of the sleeve 2 is fitted.

摘要： PURPOSE: To easily engage a pipe with a sleeve, and prevent them from being simply separated by letting each projection which is so disposed that a slit is formed in front of the sleeve when the corrugate pipe is pushed in, and is widened so as to be opened, rise across the crests of the corrugate pipe, and subsequently letting aforesaid each projection which is contracted, go in the troughs of the corrugate pipe. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve 2 is integrally formed out of a ring shaped synthetic resin substrate, and of a metallic segment 26 via slits. When a corrugate pipe is pushed in the sleeve, since the front section of the sleeve is split by its slits, and a resinous body is elastic, each projection 23 is elastically widened so as to be opened around the ring section 21 of a rear section as a fulcrum along the troughs of the corrugate pipe, and each projection 23 is thereby opened, it rises across the crests of the corrugate pipe, and subsequently each projection 23 goes in the first trough while being contracted so as to be locked therein. Thus as mentioned above, the insertion of the corrugate pipe into a joint main body allows each projection to be easily locked in the trough section of the corrugate pipe, and subsequently allows the corrugate pipe to be hardly slipped out, so that correct connection is thereby made at all times.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve connecting workability by inserting a flexible pipe into a joint main body so that the cylindrical portion of a packing is compressed via a stopper and the axially right angle portion of the packing is compressed at the end of the flexible pipe locked to the stopper when a nut is fastened. CONSTITUTION:During connection, a joint main body 10 is partially threaded to a nut 20 in such a state that a seal packing 30 and a stopper 40 are mounted to a pipe socket 14 in the joint main body 10. The flexible pipe 50 is put through the rear end of the nut 20, inserted into the packing 30 while pushing and enlarging the inside face of the stopper 40 at the end 51 of the pipe 50 and put in contact with the axially right angle portion 32 of the packing. At this time, the stopper 40 is fitted and locked to the outer periphery of the pipe 50 by the elastic resilience of the packing 30 to allow the stopping of the pipe 50. When the nut 20 is turned and fastened to the fitting main body 10 in such a state, the stopper 40 is shrinked at the tapered inside face 22 of the nut 20 and the cylindrical portion of the packing 30 is compressed to seal the outer periphery of the pipe 50.

摘要： PURPOSE:To restrain the initial moving torque of a plug from increasing, by constituting the plug with a thine wall plug body made of metal and a flow passage forming member disposed inside of the plug body and made of materials which is softer than the material of the plug body. CONSTITUTION:A plug 20 is rotatably disposed in a storage space 11 in a gas cock body 10. The plug 20 is composed of a brass plug body 21, and a flow passage forming member 25 disposed inside of the plug body 21. The flow passage forming member 25 is made of materials which is softer than that of the plug body 21, such as resin or the like. The fluid passage forming member 25 is cylindrical so as to have an upper wall part 25a, a lower wall part 25b and a pair of side wall parts 25c opposed to each other. With this arrangement the fastening force for the plug 20 by the gas cock body 10 may be relieved due to the resiliency of the plug body 20, thereby it is possible to restrain the initial torque of the plug from increasing.
