    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a heat medium circulation system capable of circulating a heat medium by using an air-cooled heat pump chiller while utilizing an existing piping space.SOLUTION: A heat medium circulation system 11 including an air-cooled heat pump chiller 12, is replaced for an existing heat medium circulation system 2 including an underground refrigeration machine 3, a roof floor cooling tower 4, a first circulation passage 6 for circulating a refrigerant cooled by the refrigeration machine 3 to each of air conditioners 5, and a second circulation passage 7 composed of a pair of vertical pipes 8 and circulating cooling water between the refrigeration machine 3 and the cooling tower 4. That is, the air-cooled heat pump chiller 12 is installed on a roof floor, an upper portion and a lower portion of each of the vertical pipes 8 are opened, a heating insulating hose 13 is inserted into each vertical pipe 8, and end portions of the hose 13 are fixed to connection fittings 21 mounted on both end portions of the vertical pipe 8, to connect the air-cooled heat pump chiller 12 or the first circulation passage 6.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent diffusion of dusting from a belt to the outside by a method wherein a belt pulley on the impeller side, a belt pulley on the motor side, and a belt are covered in a closed state with a belt cover and one end of an exhaust piping through which an exhaust fan is arranged is opened to the belt cover. CONSTITUTION: A casing 35 to contain an impeller and a motor to rotate the impeller are arranged adjacently to each other on a frame 31. A suction port and a discharge port 41 are formed in the casing 35. A belt 51 is wound around belt pulleys 45 and 49 on the impeller side and the motor side and covered in a closed state with a belt cover 53. One end of an exhaust piping 57 at which an exhaust fan 55 is arranged is opened to one end of the belt cover 53. This constitution keeps the exhaust fan 55 in an operating state during operation of a blower and discharges air containing dust generated from the belt 51 in the belt cover 53 through the exhaust piping 57 to the outside, whereby dusting from the belt 51 is prevented from diffusion to the outside.

    • PURPOSE: To discharge quickly the dust produced in a divided part of rails each constructed of an exhaust duct and a duct for conveyance which pierce an opening of a structural wall of a clean room, by dividing the rails at a moving part of a fire damper or a fire shutter as a boundary and by making the divided part communicate with an exhaust device. CONSTITUTION: An opening 32 for passing conveying devices 40 is provided in a structural wall 31 of a building which constructs a clean room and a fire shutter 33 is provided for the opening 32. At the opening 32, the conveying devices 40 are placed on the opposite sides of a moving part 36 of the fire shutter 33 as a boundary. Both of the conveying devices 40 are equipped with rails 41 each of which is constructed of a duct 42 for conveyance and an exhaust duct 44, and a cleaning unit 50 is provided at the fore end part of each rail 41. The cleaning unit 50 covers the fore end part of the rail 41 and it is constructed of a box-shaped case 51 opening on the lower side and of a fan filter unit 52 fitted to the opening. According to this constitution, the dust produced in a divided part 54 of the rails 41 is discharged quickly.

CONSTITUTION: Clean air from air conditioning equipment is supplied into a room 20 from inside a ceiling space 35 through a filter unit 30 at a flow velocity of 0.3m/s, for instance, and returned to the air conditioning equipment 70 again through air flow holes 51 in a floor 50. From the filter unit 30 equipped with a fan 32 and located in an area A wherein an apparatus 40 is arranged, the clean air is supplied toward the apparatus 40 at a relatively high speed, e.g. at a flow velocity of about 0.5m/s. At a fan 60 provided on the lower side of the apparatus 40, the air is sucked at a higher speed than the velocity of flow from the filter unit 30 in the other area B. Even when a phenomenon of convection is to be caused by a hot air flow in the area A, according to this constitution, it is broken down by an air flow in the area A.

Further, the clean air (a) is led into the shaft for machine through the vertical slit on the partitioning wall 12, and led to a contaminated air port containing the dust supplied from the machine part 15 and an elevator means 17, and is returned into the circulation air conditioner 24 from an exhaust passage 21 and an air exhaust port 25 through the exhaust air wall 22.
