    • PURPOSE:To set the angles of a plurality of blades freely in response to the hardness of a floor face, and to improve turning properties, operationability and controllability by supporting the blades by a vertically rockable rocking support section. CONSTITUTION:The base end sections of L-shaped mounting members 14, on which blades 13a-13d are mounted in a rockable manner, are inserted slidably to rotors 10 at the lower ends of inclinable shafts 17 including vertically slidable rotor shafts 16 drooped from a support plate 2. The bent sections of the mounting members 14 are attached pivotally to the bearing sections 15 of the undersides of base plates 18 fixed onto the shafts 17 in the rockable manner. The shafts 17 are supported in the rockable manner in the periphery of an X-axis and in the periphery of a Y-axis through gimbal rings 20 arranged to the upper sections of the base plates 18. According to constitution mentioned above, the angles of each blade 13a-13d can be changed arbitrarily as the degree of freedom of rocking is kept as it is, the blades are rocked in parallel with a concrete floor face at all times regardless of the inclination of the shafts 17, and uniformly distributed load works, thus moving the place of a pressure cone apex in the direction of the center of rotation.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an ultrasonic distance measuring apparatus, which is mounted on a moving body, transmits and receives ultrasonic waves to and from a target from the moving body to the direction of the side surface thereof and can obtain the central position of the target based on the sequentially measured distance data to the target. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic-wave transmitting means 1 and 3 transmit ultrasonic waves in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of a moving body. Pairs of ultrasonic-wave receiving means 2A and 4A and 2B and 4B individually receive the reflected waves of the transmitted ultrasonic wave at positions on both sides, which are separated at an equal distance in the moving direction of the moving body and the opposite direction of the moving direction from the position of the transmission of the ultrasonic waves. A pair of distance measuring parts 6A and 6B individually measure the distance to the target based on the time between the transmitting time of the ultrasonic wave and the receiving time of a pair of the ultrasonic waves. An arithmetic processing part 7 computes the central position of the target based on the difference data of a pair of the measured distance data. These parts are provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate running control and control by finishing a concrete floor surface in a flat state while running a machine body on the floor surface. SOLUTION: A plurality of rotary shafts 28 are borne on a bearing plate 2 of a machine body 1 so that they are capable of inclining in X and Y directions and that they can rotate in the opposite direction each other, blades 12a-12d arranged radially to lower rotors 10 of the rotary shafts are respectively hold through a mounting member 13 and, at the same time, they are borne on an oscillating bearing mechanism 14 in a state of up and down oscillation so that the blades are parallelly brought into contact with the concrete floor surface. Azimuth detector 302 for detecting an azimuth direction of the machine body, receiver 300 for receiving a control command from a transmitter 200 and controlling device 303 for controlling the inclination of the rotary shafts are mounted on the bearing plate, sticks 201 and 202 of the transmitter are controlled to give commands, they are received by the receiver to control its running and, at the same time, the azimuth direction is detected by the azimuth detector to control the azimuth direction with the controller so as to keep it in a constant state.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a device for measuring road-surface shape, which can be miniaturized and weight of which can be reduced and in which operators can be decreased, in the road-surface shape measuring device being loaded on a car or being installed on the shoulder of a road or the outside of a roadway and measuring the shapes of the irregularities, slope, etc., of a road surface in a noncontact manner. CONSTITUTION:An inclinometer 12 detecting the angle of inclination of a frame 11 fixed onto a measuring car 10 and a rotary driving section 13 generating a rotary motion in an approximately vertical surface 10 while outputting a signal regarding the angle of rotation are mounted. A distance measuring section 14 measuring a distance from a road surface while being turned by the rotary motion from the rotary driving section 13 and a processor obtaining a vertical distance and a horizontal distance from the road-surface shape measuring device to the road surface by using a distance measured value acquired by the distance measuring section 14, the angle of inclination of the frame detected by the inclinometer 12 and the angle of rotation output from the rotary driving section 13 are provided.

    • PURPOSE:To estimate the residual capacity of storage battery by stopping the charge making the discharging rate constant at the checking time and checking a specific terminal voltage inherent in the storage battery. CONSTITUTION:By an operation of switch 5 for the checking at the time when the storage battery 1 is being charged by a power supply 4 for charging through a charge circuit 3, a resistor 6 for correction is connected in parallel to a load 2 and a voltage generated in the resistor 6 is applied to a control circuit 7, and the supply of charging voltage to the storage battery 1 from the circuit 3 is interrupted by the circuit 7. At this time, a discharge current becomes to a specified value by the resistor 6 for correction, and the interference of charge voltage to the terminal voltage of the storage battery is isolated, then the specific terminal voltage at the specified loading rate is generated in the storage battery 1 and applied to display circuits 8, 9. When the terminal voltage of the storage battery 1 reaches a discharge finish voltage settled in the circuit 8, a voltage detecting circuit 11 is exerted to turn off a pilot lamp 12, thereby a requirement to start the charge is indicated. When the voltage corresponding to the fully charged state is set to the circuit 9, the enough residual capacity can be indicated by the lighting of pilot lamp 12 of the circuit 9.
