    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous medium which can manufacture an inexpensive toner for static charge image development which includes a low temperature fixing active component, exhibits excellent low temperature fixing property, and has favorable heat resistance storage stability, and to provide a method of manufacturing the toner using the same, and the toner.
      SOLUTION: The used aqueous medium (II) is obtained by separating organic solvent and granulated toner mother particles from oil phase-aqueous medium dispersion liquid in which the oil phase of the organic solvent including at least a binder resin and/or its precursor and a colorant is dispersed in the aqueous medium (I) in a droplet manner, and the used aqueous medium (II) includes a constituent of the organic solvent which is not taken in the granulated toner mother particles and is shifted from the oil phase, and a constituent of the aqueous medium originally existing in the aqueous medium (I), and the organic solvent for manufacturing the toner mother particle including the same component as the oil phase for the next time and after is dispersed in a droplet manner to be used for preparation of the aqueous medium (I) for the oil phase-aqueous medium dispersion liquid for the next time and after for granulating the toner mother particle for the next time and after.

The binder resin includes a crystalline polyester resin and a non-crystalline polyester resin. The non-crystalline polyester resin includes a non-crystalline polyester resin (A) and a non-crystalline polyester resin (B) both having urethane and/or urea bonds. Both of the non-crystalline polyester resin (A) and the non-crystalline polyester resin (B) include 0.5 mol% or more isocyanate monomers for constituting at least either the urethane bond or the urea bond in the whole monomers constituting the resins, with respect to the whole monomers. The non-crystalline polyester resin (A) has a glass transition temperature of -60°C or higher and lower than 10°C; while the non-crystalline polyester resin (B) has a glass transition temperature of 30°C or higher and lower than 70°C.
