      SOLUTION: Between a pair of reverse rollers 20 and 21, in non-contact with each other, and reversely rotating, an intermediate tray 12 as a carrying passage is composed to be movable, so that paper is carried as the intermediate tray 12 gets in contact with the roller 20 or 21. When paper advances, the roller 20 rotating in the advance direction gets in contact with the intermediate tray to carry the paper into the carrying passage for inverting. When a rear end of the paper reaches a prescribed inverting position, the intermediate tray 12 is moved to get in contact with the roller 21 rotating in the inverting carrying direction, so the paper is inverted. As a move drive means for the intermediate tray 12, a solenoid can be utilized. As a drive source for the pair of the rollers for inverting the paper, a low-cost motor such as a DC motor can be also utilized. Simple constitution and cost reduction are thus provided.
