    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner having low-temperature fixability, heat-resistant storage property and developing stability.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner that has a core shell structure comprising a core containing a crystalline polyester, an amorphous polyester, a coloring agent and a releasing agent; and a shell containing resin fine particles, and includes an external additive. The toner has a deformation amount H1 of 0.2 μm or more and 1.5 μm or less when compressed at a pressure of 0.5 mN under 25°C environment. A difference D between the deformation amount H1 and a deformation amount H2 when compressed at a pressure of 0.5 mN under 50°C environment is 0.0 μm or more and 1.0 μm or less. When the toner is molten at 90°C, the toner has a surface roughness Ra of 0.02 μm or more and 0.40 μm or less.
