    • The dynamic workflow documentation system is a computer implemented process comprising the following steps: The dynamic workflow documentation system starts a workflow manager program, a class loader program in a computer memory and creates an instance of a workflow program in the computer memory. The dynamic workflow documentation system extracts metadata properties from the workflow program and records the metadata properties in the memory. The dynamic workflow documentation system notifies the workflow manager that a new instance of the workflow program has been created and repeats the steps of creating an instance of a workflow component program, extracting metadata properties, recording the metadata properties and notifying the workflow manager for all workflow components associated with the workflow program. Optionally, the dynamic workflow documentation system periodically polls the workflow program and associated workflow component programs and retrieves updated metadata properties which can be analyzed and used produce workflow status information. The status information can then be published as a file. Security and auditing functions of the dynamic workflow documentation system ensure that workflow programs execute according to the workflow requirements.

    • A system, method, and medium for cadence management of translated multi-speaker conversations including a demultiplexer for separating a multi-speaker audio source into time-related single-speaker audio tracks, each track containing first language audio snippets; and a pause relationship model generator and manager that determines the time relationships between the single-speaker snippets using pause markers to denote beginnings and endings of mutual silence pauses, collects a translated language audio track for each of single-speaker track, transforms the original pause relationship model of the snippets, and controls a multiplexer to producing a multi-speaker audio output including the translated snippets in a manner such that they are related in time according to the transformed pause relationship model.

    • A system, method and computer instructions are disclosed for routing system management information to entities or parties who are responsible for responding to the management information. If a management agent or managed resource associated with a computer-based management system desires to send event or notification information to an entity, party or person responsible for responding to the event or notification information, the management agent or managed resource can determine an identity of an entity, party or person responsible for responding to the event or notification from a prioritized “on-call list”. The management agent or managed resource can then determine the availability of the identified entity, party or person from a Presence Network, and send the event or notification information to a resource where the identified entity, party or person is currently “present”. The presence information obtained from the Presence Network can be used by the management agent or managed resource to determine which of the responsible entities, parties or persons are available at run-time. The management agent or managed resource can then forward the event or notification information to the most appropriate responsible entity, party or person.
