      SOLUTION: This pull-off device 1 has an arm 2 integrally formed by aluminum or an aluminum alloy. The arm 2 has structure including conventional pull fitting and ear mounting fitting. The arm 2 is provided with a connecting part 4 on a base end side connected to a supporting structure, an ear holding part 5 on a distal end side for holding an ear 3 and an arm body part 6 curved and extended between both of the parts 4 and 5. The arm body part 6 is provided with a pair of upper and lower flanges 7 and a web 8 connecting the flange parts 7. A width dimension of the flange 7 and a height dimension of the web 8 are gradually reduced from a portion P in a prescribed range in the vicinity of a length direction intermediate part receiving maximum stress in the arm body part 6 toward the distal end side. The width dimension and the height dimension can be gradually reduced from the portion P toward the base end side or can be made constant up to the base end.

SOLUTION: The terminal end of the trolley wire T1 of the catenary trolley wire is stopped by an inter-short-diameter trolley bar base 2 and a support plate 3. The support plate 3 is made of metal or synthetic resin and the width in the vertical direction is gradually reduced from the base end side toward the distal end side. A rod 72 is extended outward through the opening 54 and then coupled to the trolley wire. The piston 7 is excited by permanent magnets to be magnetically attracted on the inner side surface of the strip shaped body 6. The piston 7 is held by approaching the strip shape body 6 through magnetic attraction to damp a relative movement between the piston 7 and the strip shaped body 6.

      SOLUTION: A fixing device 1 is attachably/detachably interposed between a casing 22 of a spring type tension balancer 21 and a rod 24. The fixing device 1 comprises: an abutting member 2 abutted on an end part of the casing 22; a pair of pressure resistant bars 3 to extend both sides of the rod 24 by a predetermined length parallel thereto with one end connected to the abutting member; and a fixed yoke 4 which extends in a direction orthogonal to the axis of the rod 24 and is connected to the other end of the pair of pressure-resistant bars 3 at both ends with an intermediate part locked to a handle 24a of the rod 24. By fitting the fixing device 1 to a tension balancer 21, the pressure-resistant bars 3 maintain the state where the rod 24 are drawn from the casing 22 against the spring force until a predetermined tension to the electric car wire is obtained. If the fixing device 1 is withdrawn after installing the tension balancer 21, the tension balancer 21 holds the electric car wire by the predetermined tension.
