摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out surely controlled individual precise adjustment of a gripper opening rod piece even during operation of a printer by a method wherein a measuring sensor is mechanically directly connected to a control adjustor for adjustment of height of the gripper opening rod piece. SOLUTION: Rods 16, 17, 18, 19 are useful as a positioning device capable of being axially adjusted. Arranged gripper opening rod pieces 2-5 are almost radially adjusted in height. A wedge shape component respectively fixed by bonding to those rod pieces 2-5 belongs to each one positioner of the gripper opening rod pieces 2-5. The wedge shape component is respectively, in a shape engaging manner and in a friction engaging manner, close to wedge shape thrust components 23, 24, 25, and the wedge shape thrust components 23, 24, 25 convert axial motion of a rod 16 having a threaded spindle to height adjusting motion of the belonging gripper opening rod piece.

摘要： The present invention relates to a sheet-fed printing machine having a sheet-feeding unit and a control device assigned thereto for sheet feeding and operating synchronously with the machine cycle. When collecting printing images on a rubber roller (21, 26) or on a gripped printing sheet, said sheet-feeding unit feeds a printing sheet or waste sheet, only. The sheet-fed printing machine further has sheet-guiding printing cylinders (5, 22) or drums (4, 6, 7, 8, 13, and 14) for transportation of at least one printing sheet. At the same time, the printing sheet is gripped by means of the printing cylinder (5, 22), optionally the sheet-guiding drum (6) for printing with one or several colors and for at least one passage through a printing zone. Printing process is characterized in that two partial images of a two-color printing image are transferred from a plate cylinder (10) to a rubber cylinder (21, 26) so that the two-colored printing images are collected overlapping each other on the rubber cylinder (21, 26) for printing on the gripped printing sheet. Printing images are then transferred together onto printing sheet to be printed. At the beginning of printing, first both the partial images are applied to the rubber cylinder (21, 26), whereupon both the partial images are applied in position-correct overprint to the first printing sheet. The subsequent and next printing sheets are synchronously fed only when a complete new printing image on the rubber cylinder (21, 26) is prepared.

摘要： Multicolor prints should be economically producible in a printing machine suited for automation. For this purpose a printing machine is configured which operates according to the collecting (collect-run) principle. The multicolor prints are collected either on a rubber cylinder (21) or on a printing cylinder (5). The printing machine is capable of processing two printing colors in a printing unit (11, 12). For the execution of the collecting printing, the sheets are fed in a cycle offset to the rotation of the collecting cylinder. For the printing of both sides double-sized sheet-conducting drums (6, 13, 14) are provided, or cylinders with a turning device or alternately set-on printing units.
