The printing machine has a cutting or perforating blade that is adjustable with respect to its distance to a cylinder acting as cutting drum. The bade is arranged on a retainer, which is supportable on a stop and movable in relation to the cylinder. Each cylinder half (1, 2) of the cutting drum has a cutting or perforating blade (7, 8). Both blades, viewed in the peripheral direction of the cylinder, are arranged behind one another on a separate retainer (9, 10). The retainers supportable on the stop and movable by a control device in relation to the cylinder, so that the blades are raised from the cylinder halves not appropriate to them.
