摘要： A system and method for handling electronic notes in a mobile environment, wherein the system includes a memory configured to store an electronic note, which electronic note includes location information, a location detector configured to detect location information for the mobile device, and a processor configured to: monitor the location information for the mobile device based on data from the location detector; compare the location information for the mobile device with the location information in the electronic note; and activate the electronic note when the location information for the mobile device is within a predetermined distance of the location information in the electronic note.

摘要： A composition, comprising a first oligonucleotide having the structure 5'-Y 1- L 1- X-L 2 _2-Y 2 -3' Y 1 comprises a sequence of four or more DNA or RNA nucleotides, including a first nucleotide N 1 having a 3' phosphate covalently linked to L 1. Y 2 comprises a sequence of four or more DNA or RNA nucleotides, including a second nucleotide N 2 having a 5' phosphate covalently linked to L 2. L 1 and L 2 each independently are a direct bond or a C 1 C 7 alkyl, alkynyl, alkenyl, heteroalkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, substituted aryl, cycloalkyl, alkylaryl, or alkoxyl group. X is R\ is a hydrogen or a d-Cg alkyl. M is a quencher. The first oligonucleotide is adapted to hybridize to a second oligonucleotide having the structure 3'-Υ3-Υ4-5'. Y3 comprises a sequence of four or more DNA or RNA nucleotides, including a third nucleotide N3. Y4 comprises a sequence of four or more DNA or RNA nucleotides, including a fourth nucleotide N4 that is directly attached to nucleotide N 3 . 摘要： The present invention pertains to novel oligonucleotide compounds for use in various biological assays, such as nucleic acid amplification, ligation and sequencing reactions. The novel oligonucleotides comprise a ribonucleic acid domain and a blocking group at or near the 3' end of the oligonucleotide. These compounds offer an added level of specificity previously unseen. Methods for performing nucleic acid amplification, ligation and sequencing are also provided. Additionally, kits containing the oligonucleotides are also disclosed herein.

摘要： The invention provides novel anthraquinone compositions that are useful as broad-spectrum quenchers of fluorescence and provides methods for making and using them. The anthraquinone quenchers can be conjugated to a variety of biologically relevant compounds, including lipids, nucleic acids, polypeptides, and more specifically antigens, steroids, vitamins, drugs, haptens, metabolites, toxins, environmental pollutants, amino acids, peptides, proteins, nucleotides, oligonucleotides, polynucleotides, carbohydrates, and their analogs. The invention also provides kits comprising, in one or more containers, at least one anthraquinone quencher dye composition of the present invention, and instructions for using that composition.
