摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a vibration-proof material which is of light weight, which has both properties of small permanent distortion by compression and small compression fatigue, and properties of a low spring constant and a high vibration isolating performance, and which is advantageous for industrical production and for cost. CONSTITUTION: In rubber material (A) by 100 parts by weight, thermal expansion type fine balls of thermoplastic resin (b) of an expansion starting temperature Tstart of 120 deg.C or more, maximum expansion temperature Tmax of 165 deg.C or more, and a weight-averaged grain size of 5-50μm are blended by 0.3-5 parts by weight, and obtained matter is uniformly kneaded at less than the expansion starting temperature Tstart to be preform. The preform is then heated and moulded, so the thermal expansion type fine balls (b) are expanded to be expanded hollow fine balls (B). A mould of a composite structure in which the expanded hollow fine balls (B) as micro-sized ball shells of an average diameter of 200μm or less three-dimensionally and uniformly dispersed in matrix comprising the rubber material (A) can thus be provided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a foaming injection molding product of a composite structure which is capable of precision molding and suitable for mass production and in which fine spherical balloons are dispersed three-dimensionally and uniformly in a polymer matrix by injection molding with the use of an injection- moldable polymer and thermally expandable fine spheres of a thermoplastic resin (or preliminarily expanded product). SOLUTION: An injection-moldable polymer and thermally expandable fine spheres of a thermoplastic resin (or/and preliminarily expanded product) are supplied to an injection molding machine, the polymer is melted at an expansion starting temperature of the spheres or above, and the molten mixture is injected into a mold cavity to be injection-molded. In this process, the molten mixture which is heated at a temperature suitable for injection and expansion is injected quickly at a stretch into the mold cavity, and simultaneously the pressure in the mold cavity is reduced quickly.
