摘要： The present Invention relates to an injection device capable of emitting a flashing light signal indicating the time elapsed since last ejection and/or the size of the last ejected dosage and/or a return signal indicating the operable state of the device and/or a time out signal indicating when the pen can be removed after ejecting of a dosage. The injection device comprises an electronic control circuit comprising: a sensor unit arranged to detect the occurrence of an ejection of a drug from the injection device; a timer for determining an approximate time elapsed since last ejection; a signal emitting device being able to emit a signal, the signal emitting device being controllable by the electric control circuit, so as to emit a time signal that varies with the time elapsed since last ejection.

摘要： An air shot or priming mechanism for an injection pen. The injection pen comprises a cartridge-holder and a housing. The cartridge-holder interacts with a nut-member capable of driving the piston rod forward when relatively rotated. The cartridge-holder is rotational coupled to the housing such that rotation of the cartridge-holder relatively to the housing causes the nut-member and the piston rod to rotate relatively, thus the relative angular rotation between the cartridge-holder and the housing determines the size of the air shot so performed.

摘要： The application disclosed concerns an injection device for apportioning set doses of a drug from a reservoir (40) to a subject. The injection device comprises a rotatable scale drum (50) which is screwed out from the proximal end of the injection device when a dose is set. The rotatable scale drum (50) is coupled to a piston rod drive (100,130) through a push button (30) and a connector pipe (80). When setting a dose, the push button (30) engages the scale drum (50) such that both the push button (30) and the scale drum (50) rotate away from the housing (10). During injection, the scale drum (50) is released from the push button (30) and engaged with the connector pipe (80) in order to rotate the piston rod (120).

摘要： A disposable syringe includes first and second housing elements which are coupled together for rotation without axial movement therebetween. The first housing element receives a cartridge of a solution to be injected, and mounts a liquid outlet needle at its front end. A piston rod is disposed in the second housing element to move axially therein, and this piston rod includes a rod element and a nut element. The rod element is coupled to the first housing element to move axially therein without relative rotation therewith, and the nut element is threaded to the rod element for telescoping movement therewith and is configured to move axially in the second housing element without relative rotation therein. A pressure receiving element is mounted on the nut element. The housing, rod, nut and pressure receiving elements cooperate such that relative rotation between the housing elements in a selected direction causes relative rotation between the nut and rod elements and thereby increases the effective length of the piston rod and causes the pressure receiving element to extend from the second housing element. A protective cap is removably mounted over the first housing element and is configured to abut second housing element while mounted in place on the first housing element. This protective cap is engaged with the first housing element such that rotation of the cap with respect to the second housing element causes rotation of the first housing element with respect to the second housing element.
