摘要： An apparatus for generating energy using sensible heat of an offgas during manufacture of molten iron and a method for generating energy using the same are provided. The method for generating energy includes i) providing an offgas discharged from an apparatus for manufacturing molten iron including a reduction reactor that provides reduced iron that is reduced from iron ore and a melter- gasifier that melts the reduced iron to manufacture molten iron; ii) converting cooling water into high pressure steam by contacting the cooling water with the offgas; and iii) generating energy from at least one steam turbine by supplying the high pressure steam to the steam turbine and rotating the steam turbine.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for manufacturing molten iron while reusing an offgas of the packed bed reduction reactor and improving energy efficiency. A method for manufacturing molten iron includes i) charging fine ore into at least one fluidized-bed reduction reactor and manufacturing reduced iron; ii) compacting the reduced iron and manufacturing compacted reduced iron; iii) charging the reduced iron into a packed bed reduction reactor and reducing the reduced iron again; iv) charging the re-reduced iron into a melter-gasifier; v) charging lumped carbonaceous materials into the melter- gasifier and forming a coal packed bed in the melter-gasifier; vi) injecting oxygen into the melter-gasifier and combusting the coal packed bed, thereby melting the re-reduced iron and manufacturing molten iron; and vii) supplying an offgas that is discharged from the packed bed reduction reactor to the fluidized-bed reduction reactor.

摘要： A method for manufacturing molten iron including producing reducing material of mixed hot fine direct reduced iron and calcined additives, the reducing material being produced from multiple fluidized beds; charging the reducing material to at least one pair of roller presses; roll pressing the reducing material through the one pair of roller presses to produce continuous compacted material having protrusions formed on pressed surfaces; crushing the compacted material; charging the crushed compacted material to a coal packed bed; and supplying oxygen to the coal packed bed to manufacture molten iron, wherein in the producing compacted material, the compacted material is formed such that acute and obtuse angles are formed between a center line formed along a length of a cross section that is cut along a lengthwise direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the roller presses and connecting lines that connect grooves closest to each other across the cross sectional area. An apparatus for manufacturing molten iron performs the above method for manufacturing molten iron. The processes involved in manufacturing molten iron using the present invention are convenient, efficient, and act to improve productivity, and allow for more flexibility with respect to equipment operation during the manufacture of compacted material.

摘要： In an ironmaking system using non-coking coal and fine iron or directly in furnace operations without any additional treatment, a byproduct sludge recycling apparatus powders wet byproduct sludge which is by-produced in water treatment of discharge gas and then re-blows sludge powder into fluidized-bed reduction reactors so that byproduct sludge can be recycled. In the ironmaking system including the fluidized-bed reduction reactor (10, 20 and 30) and an HBI making apparatus (50), the byproduct sludge recycling apparatus (1) comprises: a sludge powder preparing unit (120) for preparing sludge powder by dewatering, drying and crushing byproduct sludge discharged from a water treatment unit (70) for treating process water from scrubbers (60) connected to discharge gas ducts (14); a storage unit (160, 160a) for storing prepared sludge powder; and a sludge powder feeder unit (190, 190a) for feeding sludge powder discharged from the sludge powder storage unit via a pneumatic conveying duct (200a, 200b) to a distributor (210a, 210b). The distributors (210) are connected to the final reduction reactor (30) and the preheating reactor (10), respectively, via sludge powder ducts (300 and 400) for blowing treated sludge powder. The invention reduces the amount of final sludge discharge and the treatment cost according to aftertreatment processes of sludge to enhance the productivity of the ironmaking system.

The apparatus for manufacturing molten iron, according to the present invention, comprises: a multi-stage fluid bed furnace for converting fine iron ores into reduced fine iron through reduction; at least one high-temperature compacting unit for preparing a high-temperature compacted iron by compressing the reduced fine iron; at least one crushing unit for crushing the high-temperature compacted iron to have a certain particle size; a first conveying unit for conveying the crushed high-temperature compacted iron; and a melting furnace for melting the conveyed high-temperature compacted iron by combusting fine or lump coal, and for supplying a reducing gas, which is generated in the furnace, to a fluidized reduction furnace. In addition, the apparatus further comprises at least one compacted iron storing unit for storing some of the compacted iron which has been crushed. According to the present invention, molten iron can be manufactured stably and efficiently.
