    • Provided is a method and apparatus for transmitting a reference signal by a base station in a multi-cell cooperative communication environment. The method for transmitting the reference signal according to the present invention comprises the steps of: transmitting cell ID information of a second cell to a terminal which uses a first cell as a serving cell; generating reference signal sequences in the first cell and the second cell on the basis of the same cell ID; and performing resource element mapping on each of the generated reference signals, generating signals, and transmitting the signals to the terminal, wherein the same cell ID used in generating the reference signal sequences is a cell ID of the first cell or a cell ID of the second cell. According to the present invention, problems of collision may be prevented which may otherwise occur due to different reference signal sequences being based on the respective cell IDs in cases where cell IDs of RRHs that form a coordinated multi-point (CoMP) set with specific cells such as macro cells in a CoMP environment are different from each other.

    • Disclosed are a method and apparatus for transmitting control information in downlink CoMP (Coordinated Multi-Points) and a method and apparatus for receiving data using the same. The method of transmitting control information in a CoMP system includes controlling data channels transmitted from transmission points of a CoMP set with respect to control channels and reference signals transmitted from the transmission points; and configuring downlink control information including information regarding the controlled data channels. In the CoMP environment, control information for avoiding interference between data channels and control channels transmitted from respective transmission points and control information for avoiding interference between data channels and reference signals are transferred to a UE at a time, thus reducing overhead of control information transferred to the UE.
