摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for transmitting a control channel in a wireless communication system. The present invention pertains to a method for transmitting a control channel, comprising the steps of: allocating a data area as a sub-control area including a cluster consisting of one or more neighboring resource blocks at a specific position; transmitting a cluster number indicator indicating the number of clusters to a terminal; mapping a physical downlink control channel to resource blocks specified by the number of clusters; and transmitting the mapped physical downlink control channel to the terminal. Accordingly, the control channel may be transmitted by hopping on a resource block unit in the data area, thereby obtaining a frequency diversity gain and increasing the reliability of decoding in the terminal.

摘要： Provided is a method and apparatus for transmitting a reference signal by a base station in a multi-cell cooperative communication environment. The method for transmitting the reference signal according to the present invention comprises the steps of: transmitting cell ID information of a second cell to a terminal which uses a first cell as a serving cell; generating reference signal sequences in the first cell and the second cell on the basis of the same cell ID; and performing resource element mapping on each of the generated reference signals, generating signals, and transmitting the signals to the terminal, wherein the same cell ID used in generating the reference signal sequences is a cell ID of the first cell or a cell ID of the second cell. According to the present invention, problems of collision may be prevented which may otherwise occur due to different reference signal sequences being based on the respective cell IDs in cases where cell IDs of RRHs that form a coordinated multi-point (CoMP) set with specific cells such as macro cells in a CoMP environment are different from each other.

The apparatus of the present invention receives, from a base station and through a first serving cell, a physical downlink control channel to which an uplink grant is mapped; receives, from the base station and through a second serving cell, a physical hybrid automatic repeat request indication channel (PHICH); and transmits an uplink HARQ to the base station through a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) on the basis of the uplink grant. If a TDD uplink/downlink configuration of the first serving cell and a TDD uplink/downlink configuration of the second serving cell are not identical, the timing of receiving the PHICH is defined as the location corresponding to a downlink subframe of the first serving cell, and the sum of a PHICH reception timing and a PUSCH transmission timing is set as a minimum value.

When a transmitter terminal transmits data to a receiver terminal, the femtocell access node of the transmitter side detects the current access status of the receiver terminal, and determines the transmission format of data transmitted from the transmitter terminal to the receiver terminal in accordance with the detected access status. Particularly, the present invention modifies only the L1/L2 protocol portion and transmits data to the receiver terminal via an internet protocol (IP) network, in the event the receiver terminal is directly or indirectly accessible by the IP network. According to the present invention, the load on a core network is reduced so as to increase the overall capacity of the system and shorten the path for data traffic.
