    • An illegal copy preventive method of a mobile communication terminal is provided to be capable of setting intrinsic hardware ID information in the terminal in a hardware way, so that the hardware ID information cannot be read or copied in a software way. An ESN(Electronic Serial Number) set in a software way is stored in a mobile communication terminal, and hardware ID information is set in a hardware way so that the set hardware ID information cannot be copied in a software way. The terminal transmits the ESN to a base station(S21). The terminal receives hardware ID information corresponding to the ESN from the base station(S23). The terminal decides whether the hardware ID information received from the base station is equal to the set hardware ID information(S24). If not, communication with the base station is disabled(S26).

    • A system and a method for scheduling processes in a time-sharing system are provided to prevent system from being down abruptly by generating the new process capable of processing the same task if the tasks are concentrated on one process. A plurality of processes perform the task based on a uniformly shared time. A load balancer measures load of each process and controls the load of each process. When the number of tasks of specific process among processes is over a preset number, the load balancer requests the system to generate the new process capable of processing the same task as the loaded process. The new process performs the task received from a task request from the loaded process and returns the result to a user application.
