摘要： A docking and active damping device for space structures is provided, in a docking portion of one space structure to be docked, with a positioning device in which an output rotor can be moved and rotated within a two-dimensional plane by a composite rotation of one or more eccentric rotors capable of being independently driven and controlled by a direct drive motor and the output rotor, and a docking member having a docking ring and a latch mechanism are supported on the output rotor of the positioning device. A probe having a capture device capable of being protruded and driven in an axial direction by a linear motion is provided inwardly of the docking member, and the probe provides a 4-freedom movement according to a position of the passive side to capture and dock a drogue. The docking ring is supported through a strain sensor, a vibration of the passive side structure is detected, and the docking member is moved in a direction of suppressing the vibration to promptly suppress the vibration caused by disturbances from the inside and outside of the space structures.

摘要： The present invention provides a method and facility for preventing crumbling and powderization of green pellets when producing high strength green pellets using a powder feedstock and using the pellets in a rotary hearth reducing furnace and for efficiently reducing the same. It comprises kneading by a kneader 5 a feedstock of a powder of a fine particle size (20 to 80 wt % having size of not more than 10 μm) including a metal oxide and carbon-bearing powder fed from a feed storage tank 1 and producing green pellets by a pan type pelletizer 7. The green pellets are screened by a pellet screen 9, then dried by a pellet dryer 11 and reduced by firing in a rotary hearth reducing furnace 13. At that time, the green pellets are continuously conveyed to prevent crumbling.

Further, the stage of disease or the degree of dysfunction of a rheumatoid arthritis patient is determined using the measurement value as an index.

摘要： There is provided a method of producing reduced iron compacts with high crushing strength, low powderization and a high reduction rate in a solid reduction-type firing reducing furnace such as a rotary hearth-type reducing furnace, as well as reduced iron compacts obtained by the method and a method of melt-reducing the reduced iron compacts in a blast furnace. In the method of producing reduced iron compacts, the atomic molar ratio of carbon to oxygen chemically combined with iron, manganese, nickel, zinc and lead, in raw material powder comprising a mixture of iron oxide-containing powder and carbon-containing powder, or the ferric oxide content of the raw material powder, is in a specified range, the compact is produced so as to give a porosity in a given range, and the compact is put on the hearth of a reducing furnace equipped with a rotating hearth and is heated for heating reduction by the heat from the combustion gas in the upper part of the furnace, for firing reduction at above a prescribed temperature.
