摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve crane operability by making an overall material handling executable by having only the operation of a corresponding hoist performed by an exclusive operator at each crane girder, in a crane that is equipped with a main girder and a pair of sub-girder performing the material handling operations at both sides of the former. SOLUTION: In an overhead traveling crane 20 being installed on the rearside of a roof frame in order to construct a building with an all-weather type temporary roof, it is equipped with a main rain to be situated in the central part of a rearside of this roof frame and each sub rail being situated at both sides of the former and arranged in parallel with the main rail. Then a conveyor girder 32 is installed in the main rail and each of girders 34 and 34a in these sub rails respectively as being shiftably, and also three main controllers 40, 40a and 40b controlling each moving position on these girders 32, 34 and 34a, are installed there. In addition, three sub controllers 44, 44a and 44b controlling each moving position of the guarders are installed in two hoists 24a and 24b, making an exclusive operator arranged at each guarder control these sub controllers together with main controller.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make axial deviation between a lower support member and a lifting/lowering rod absorbed by a part between the lower support member and an intermediate member, and to make tilt of axes in both members absorbed by contact surfaces between spherical faces of the intermediate member and a guide member. CONSTITUTION:Described herein is the structure for a part that detachably connects a lower support member 1 and a lifting/lowering rod 3. An intermediate member 4 is supported with the lower support member 1 so that it can move in the horizontal direction, while a guide member 7 is hung down from the intermediate member 4. Contact surfaces of the lifting/lowering rod 3 and the intermediate member 4 are arranged in parallel with each other. A guide pin 33 is provided to the center of the undersurface of the guide member 7 contacting with the upper face of the lower support member 1, so that it can be fitted into and extracted from a guide hole 2a that is formed to the upper end of the lower support member 1. Contact surfaces of the intermediate member 4 and the guide member 7 are respectively formed in spherical faces 23b and 31a.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable it to speed up the progress of operations at inexpensive expanses by installing a target detecting means in a main girder, and in time of movements of this main girder, detecting a destination's target, thereby stopping it automatically, in a crane being equipped with this main girder and a sub girder reciprocating at the side of the former. SOLUTION: In an overhead traveling crane 20 to be installed on the rearside of a roof frame in order to construct a building with an all-weather type temporary roof, it is equipped with a main rail 28 to be situated in a central part of the rearside of the roof frame and two sub rails 30 and 30a being situated at both sides of the former and being set up in parallel with the main rail 28. Then a conveyor girder 32 is installed in the main rail 28 and each of girders 34 and 34a in these sub rails 30 and 30a shiftably, respectively and further a detector 40 as a target detecting means is installed in the conveyor girder 32. In addition, the travel of this conveyor girder 32 is controlled by a control circuit 42 so as to shift the conveyor girder 32 as detecting a distance of up to a target by this detector 40, whereby a span of required time for load conveying operations is thus shortened.

CONSTITUTION:Positioning jigs 2 are in advance arranged on an upper edge of an existing steel frame column 1. A hung steel frame column 1 is guided for approximate positioning and is hung down at a time point when a bottom corner angle part thereof abuts against an inner side than a radius of any of guide rollers 6. Next, while the guide roller 6 is rotated, an outside part of the steel frame column 1 is lowering-guided in the peripheral direction. In a final state, four corner angle parts abut against peripheral stnrfaces of all the guide rollers 6 for positioning and the column 1 is installed on an existing steel frame column 1. Accordingly, workhours from hanging to installation can be remarkably decreased without the use of labor and a mechanical means for position correction.

摘要： PURPOSE:To connect post materials easily and swiftly by supporting removably a mounting body on an outer circumferential unit on one end of a pair of post materials and installing movably a guide member to the post materials at a plurality of mounting spots of the mounting body, and what is more, movably to the post materials and energizing the guide member with an energizing member. CONSTITUTION:At first, a mounting frame body 13 is outwardly fitted to the upper end of a post material on a lower side while a tie rod is cut-short, thereby placing four-side support bases 11 in contact with the cornered parts of the post. Then, the upper-side post is suspended with a crane and lowered close to the upper end of the lower-side post. A guide roller 16 guides the lower end of the upper side-post so naturally that it may agree with the upper end of the lower-side post. This construction makes it possible to guide and move easily and swiftly the lower end of the upper side-post to the upper end of the lower-side post material by means of the paired guide rollers 16 installed to each of the support bases 11 at the four corners of the mounting frame 13 simply by lowering the lowerend of the upper-side post material close to the upper end of the lower-side post material.

摘要： PURPOSE:To raise a long material automatically by coupling the guide groove of a guide body provided at the side of a holding frame into a holding bracket, which is attached to the long material, and lifting a linking frame through a lifting beam. CONSTITUTION:A linking frame 31 is linked to the side of a lifting beam 17. A holding frame 35 is supported with both side parts 31a of the linking frame 31 through link bodies 33. Linking brackets, which are attached to the supporting member, are provided at both side parts 35a of the holding frame 35. The brackets are held with a pair of right and left guide bodies having guide grooves 36a. An opening and closing plate 37 is further attached to the opening face at one side of each guide groove 36a. Thus the separation of the linking bracket is prevented. Then, the linking frame 31 is lifted up through the lifting beam 17. In this way, the long material can be automatically raised.
