The rings 18 are moved to arbitrary places along the reinforced rods 17 by using wires 22 fitted to the rings 18 while places, where the vibrators 20 are suspended, are adjusted by the wires 24, thus compacting concrete at each place of the placing of the lining concrete 16 placed in the lining space 15.

CONSTITUTION: A stamping device 10 is composed of a guide rail 16 which extends in the axial direction of a tunnel 11 at the top of a lining space 15 formed between the internal wall surface 13 of the tunnel and a form for lining 14 installed inside the wall surface 13, a running device 17 which slides in the axial direction of the tunnel 11 along the guide rail 16, and a pair of vibrators 18 which are hung down at the running device 17. A winch 19 is mounted on the device 17, and a wire 20 fitted at the tip with vibrator 18 is mounted in this winch 19, and thereby the vibrators 18 are hung with possibility of elevating and sinking within the lining space 15 at each side of the tunnel 11 from the running device 17.

The swing panel 7 is for closing an opening 10, approximately in rectangular shape, formed to the form main body 6 and is supported swingably at its center with a pivot 7a crossing approximately at the center of the opening 10 and fixed at its both ends, and because of its mechanism of being supported, both sides of the swing panel come and retreat alternately to and from the surface 6' of the form main body 6.

摘要： PURPOSE: To facilitate compaction work by forming a compaction device out of a guide rail and a slide travel mechanism laid so as to be faced to each other via the insertion hole of a form used for tunnel lining, a seat and an excitation member. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic motor 7 is secured to a bracket 6 and the rack 14 of a seat 8 having an excitation member 9 is made to gear with a pinion 12. Also, a guide roller 15 is kept in contact with a guide rail 5 and a stopper 18 is set to make preparations for a compaction work. Then, lining concrete 3 is placed in space between the skin plate la of a tunnel lining form 1 and a tunnel interior surface 2, and a motor 7 is driven to rotate. Also, the member 9 is inserted in the concrete 3 from the insertion hole 4 of the form 1 and made to advance and retreat. At the same time, the member 9 is driven to vibrate, thereby compacting the concrete 3. According to this construction, a compaction work is carried out approximately automatically after installing a compaction device 20 in the form 1, thereby allowing an easy work.
