摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide therapy based on a biological function of a secreted therapeutic protein, NsG33, and to provide a medicine for the treatment of disorders of the nervous system and for the treatment of immunological disorders.SOLUTION: The invention relates to: a medicine based on a polypeptide having a specific amino acid sequence and a sequence variant of which at least 90% is identical to the sequence; a DNA sequence encoding the polypeptide fragments and the corresponding thereof; an expression vector comprising them; and a medicine based on a composition of a host cell transformed or transduced using the vector, in particular, a medicine for treating disorders, injuries or damage of the nervous system where neuronal cells are lost or damaged.
