On the open end of the flexible stopping piece, a release lever is formed which is extended onto a surface of the member to be fixed toward the electric component holding portion through the mounting hole and presses the open end of the flexible stopping piece toward the strut 9. At least two pieces of elastic wings which press the surface of the member to be fixed are extended forward and backward, respectively separated in both side positions of the strut from the lower part of the holding portion which side positions do not affect the release lever.
