    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed filling member which can be manufactured with high working efficiency and at a low cost with its simple structure, and can fill the space of a structure without leaving even a single gap, while reducing the consumption of a foamed base material.
      SOLUTION: This foamed filling member is of such a construction that a plurality of nipping pieces 5 are arranged at a specified interval to each other, in the peripheral direction of a support plate 4, at the peripheral edge part of the support plate 4 of a holder member 2 made of a non-foaming material. In addition, the foaming base material 3 made of a foaming material is formed like a sheet, then this sheet is arranged along the outer peripheral surface of the support plate 4 and secured to the nipping pieces 5. This foamed filling member 1 can dispense with an injection-molding device or a molding die for making the support plate 4 brace the foaming base material 3, and thus, the member 1 can be manufactured with high working efficiency and at a low cost.
