    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic-color coated steel sheet wherein a metallic pigment and a color pigment are dispersed in a coating film, capable of reducing change of appearance (color tone, metallic feeling) even when being used outdoors for a long time, and excellent in weatherability.SOLUTION: This coated steel sheet is the three-coat specification coated steel sheet wherein an undercoating film, an intermediate coating film and a top coating film are successively laminated on a surface of the steel sheet. The intermediate coating film contains organic resin containing 50-85 mass% of fluororesin as the main ingredient, and contains 0.5-50 mass% of aluminum particles with respect to the resin solid content, and 1-35 mass% of the color pigment with respect to the resin solid content. The top coating film contains organic resin containing 50-85 mass% of fluororesin as the main ingredient, and contains 0.1-2.0 mass% of titanium oxide particles having a diameter of 0.015-0.03 μm with respect to the resin solid content. The thickness of the top coating film is within the range of 5-20 μm.

The protruded parts of the thermosetting organic resin particles P dispersed in the resin coating film R are covered with the thin film of the resin coating film R. The processability of the coated metal plate is charged with the soft base resin coating film R and the abrasion resistance and scratch resistance thereof are charged with the hard particles P in the coating film to obtain the coated metal plate having both characteristics.
