    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink for strong electric car parts made of a stock provided with high thermal conductivity, sufficient mechanical strength and satisfactory castability, and having high heat dissipation efficiency, to provide a heat sink unit using the same, and to provide a method for producing the heat sink for strong electric car parts. SOLUTION: The heat sink for strong electric car parts made of aluminum is provided with: a cooling passage; a contact part of a heat source; and a heat dissipation fin projected from the back face part of the contact part, wherein the back face part composes a part of the cooling passage. The aluminum alloy has a composition comprising Si, Mg and Fe, and the balance aluminum with inevitable impurities, and has the characteristics satisfying the thermal conductivity of 150 to 200 W/mK and the hardness of 38 to 100 HRF, and in which the heat dissipation area of the back face corresponding to the contact face between a heat source and the back face corresponding to the contact face of the contact part is 3 to 20 times the area of the contact face. The heat sink unit includes: the heat sink for strong electric car parts ; and a heat source. In the method for producing the heat sink for strong electric car parts, after the heat dissipation fin is integrally molded by a die casting process, aging treatment is performed.     • PURPOSE: To provide a uniform ferrous sintered body having good sintering property and excellent mechanical characteristics, obtained by compounding a cast iron powder, an iron powder and a Cu-P type powder so as to bring the amounts of the iron powder, P and Cu to a specific ratio while mixing, molding and sintering the resulting composition.
      CONSTITUTION: A cast iron powder, in an iron powder and a Cu-P type alloy powder are compounded in such a ratio on a total wt. basis that the iron powder is 50W90wt%, P is 0.01W0.5% and Cu is 0.5W2.0% and the resulting composition is mixed, molded and sintered to obtain a sintered body having an unifom structure and mechanical characteristics and good strength and elongation. This sintered body can be further subjected to forging processing and, in this case, it is pref. to again perform sintering after forging. In the above Cu and P compounding amounts, Cu enhances sintering uniformity and matrix strength but, if it is reduced less than the lower limit, effect is insufficient while, if exceeds the upper limit, it is not pref. because of Cu-segregation. On the other hand, P promotes sintering but, if it is below the lower limit, effect is insufficient while, if exceeds the upper limit, it is not pref. because the mechanical characteristics of the sintered body is deteriorated.

The powdered mixture is press-molded and sintered at 1,025W1,140°C which is below the m.p. of the Fe-Cr-B alloy in a nonoxidizing atmosphere.

    • PURPOSE: To develop a light wt. anti-wear sintered alloy for a cam having mechanical strength capable of withstanding bulge molding pressure, by mixing carbon in a low alloy steel powder with a specific composition while molding and sintering the resulting mixture.
      CONSTITUTION: 1.7W3.0% of a carbon powder is added to and mixed in a low alloy steel powder containing 2W4% Cr, 0.4W0.8% Mn, 0.3W0.5% P, 0.5W1.0% Si and 0.03W0.25% B as the cam material for the cam shaft for an internal combustion engine and the resulting mixture is molded under pressure while the molded one is sintered at 1,025W1,100°C for 30W60min in a reductive atmosphere or under vacuum to prepare a sintered cam product 1 having a hole provided with a recessed part 1a through which a pipe 2 is inserted. The pipe 2 is inserted through the hole of the pipe 2 is inserted through the hole of the cam 1 to perform bulge processing. The pipe 2 is expanded into the recessed part 1a of the hole of the cam 1 to secure both of them to form a cam shaft. The above mentioned cam sintered product 1 has high strength and can withstand pressure due to bulge processing as well as is light in a wt. and excellent in anti-wear property.

By constituting in such way, the durability of the heater is improved and the increase of the resistance percentage is minimized even in a longterm service.
