SOLUTION: The execution method for the permeable road to which an NOx removing function is added comprises: a first process wherein a mixture (a), composed of cement, water, aggregate and a resin, is sprayed on a permeable pavement surface; a second process wherein the mixture (a) on the pavement surface is scraped off by means of a spatula-like object; a third process wherein a mixture (b), composed of titanium dioxide, water and an additive, is sprayed on the surface on which the mixture (a) is sprayed in the first process; and a fourth process wherein the mixture (b) on the pavement surface is scraped off by means of the spatula-like object.

The wave absorbing sheet having the thickness of not more than 10.0mm is installed as a first layer with a clearance, and the wave absorbing sheet is installed as a second layer at a position of blocking the clearance part of the first layer with a clearance of not less than 3mm. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an electromagnetic wave absorbing material having the same noise reducing effect as a conventional electromagnetic wave absorbing material since an electromagnetic wave absorption sheet is not provided with sound absorption performance or noise reducing effect and, therefore, noise is increased when an insulation wall, installed conventionally and having sound absorbing performance, is removed and the electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet is installed. 摘要： PURPOSE:To obviate the preheating process for molding by applying thermoplastic resin or a mixture of thermoplastic resin and filler to a molding die, then laminating a unmolded or a molded bulky felt on the coat and closing the molding die to make a molded product under pressure. CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic resin is applied to a molding die for cold press in the thickness of 1 to 10kg/cm using an applicator. A molded or an unmolded bulky felt is laminated on the surface coated with the thermoplastic resin. Then a top force of a die is allowed to descend and the resin is molded under appropriate pressure for an appropriate time with the felt. The thermoplastic resin applied to the mold is laminated to acoustic layers 2, 2' of bulky felt or polyurethane foam together with filler sprayed to an area between the mold and the resin. Thus an excellent sound insulation function is ensured across the sound insulation material.

摘要： PURPOSE:To omit the preheating process for molding by applying polyvinyl chloride plastisol composed of polyvinyl resin, filler, plasticizer, various additives and solvent to a heated bulky felt on the polyvinyl chloride plastisol, then closing the die to make a molded product thermally under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A polyvinyl chloride plastisol compound is applied to a heated molding die in the thickness of 1 to 10kg/m using an air spray or a brush. Next, a molded bulky felt or an unmolded bulky felt is laminated on the surface coated with polyvinyl chloride plastisol, then the top of the die is allowed to descend to make a molded product thermally under an appropriate pressure for an appropriate time. The polyvinyl chloride plastisol applied to the die is adhesively laminated on acoustic layers 2, 2 of bulky felt or polyurethane foam to form a sound insulating layer 1. Thus the material demonstrates an excellent sound insulation function as a whole.
