Then, an opening part of the video preview comprising a video section having a big impact is generated by using a video section where an emphasis on sound, a size of a face of an object, or a facial expression of an object exceeds respective predetermined threshold levels. Subsequently, a main part of the video preview comprising a video section showing a highlight scene is generated by using a video section where the time variation of a fundamental frequency of sound exceeds a predetermined threshold level, or the time variation of an increase in emphasis on sound exceeds a predetermined threshold level while the emphasis on sound increases with time. When calling of a network telephone is requested in response to this transmission while specifying the identifier of the provision image, the address information of a called user terminal is obtained by referring the information stored in the storage means while using the identifier designated by that call request as a key, and then the network telephone is called for the user terminal which is designated by the address information thus obtained.
