    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a server and the traffic load of a network on distribution processing when distributing an image to multiple devices.SOLUTION: An image re-distribution system includes: program storage means 104 for storing programs to be broadcast by a broadcast station 101; program re-distribution means 105 for performing the multicast distribution of the stored program multiple times at fixed time interval after the broadcast is started; and distribution control means 108 for receiving the distribution request of a program from a reproducer 111, determining a distribution start time closest to a distribution request time for the reception of the distribution request on and after the distribution request time, and transmitting to the reproducer 111, a multicast address for distributing the program at the determined distribution start time. The program re-distribution means 105 performs the multicast distribution of the program at the determined distribution start time with respect to the reproducer 111 which is connected by using the multicast address.
