摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the analysis time for abrasion amount by circulating a mixed gas of a corrosion liquid and the air from a combustion chamber to a coupling pipe to the combustion chamber and accelerating the abrasion of the inner face of a cylinder liner.
SOLUTION: Acid aqueous solution of a corrosion liquid in a chemical solution tank 1301 is supplied to a combustion chamber 2012 of each cylinder via a pump 1201, an open close valve 1401 and a pipe 1501. Meanwhile, a suction part 2011 and an exhaust part 2021 of an engine part are directly connected by a pipe 1101. The acid aqueous solution as the corrosion liquid can be circulated from the combustion chamber 2012 through the exhaust part 2021, pipe 1011 and suction part 2011 to the combustion chamber 2012 without flowing outside. The acid aqueous solution guided to the combustion chamber 2012 from the chemical solution tank 1301 is circulated in the pipe 1101 without being discharged outside by the up-down movement of a piston, so that the quantity of the aqueous solution is kept as when it is supplied. The corrosion and abrasion in a cylinder liner can be promoted accordingly.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely measure the magnitude of a frictional force acting between the piston and the cylinder liner of an internal-combustion engine by a simple means by preventing an influence due to the pressure of a combustion chamber. SOLUTION: A circumferential groove 33 is formed at the outside of a part near the upper end part of a cylinder liner 3 and in an upper part from the position of the upper dead center of a top ring 82 at a piston 8, and a thin wall part is formed. In addition, strain gages 70a, 70b as the detecting means of the expansion and contraction amount in the direction of the central axis of the Thin wall part are pasted on the bottom face of the groove 33 which is substantially parallel to the central axis line of the cylinder liner 3. Even when the pressure of a combustion chamber 16 acts on the surface of a flange 31 at the cylinder liner 3, a frictional force acts substantially on the bottom face of the groove 33. As a result, as different from a conventional apparatus in which strain gages are pasted both on the surface and the rear surface of the flange 31 as a deformable part, an error due to the influence of the pressure of the combustion chamber is not generated in the detection value of the frictional force.

SOLUTION: A circumferential groove 33 is provided on a cylinder liner above (below) an upper (lower) dead point position of a piston 8, strain gauges 701 and 702 which detect extension/contraction amount in piston sliding direction at a position vertical to an engine's spindle are provided on a groove bottom surface, strain gauges 703 and 704 which detect extension/contraction amount in sliding direction at a position parallel to the spindle are provided on such groove bottom surface as away from the strain gauges 701 and 702 by a quarter of circumference, strain gauges 705 and 706 which detect extension/contraction amount in circumferential direction of a liner are provided at such groove bottom surface as vertical to the spindle very close to the strain gauges 701 and 702, strain gauges 707, 708, 711, and 712 are provided at plate materials 713 and 714 point-welded to the outside of groove which is very close to the strain gauges 701. 702, 705, and 706, and strain gauges 709 and 710 provided to plate materials 715 and 716 point-welded to the outside of groove which is very close to positions where strain gauges 703 and 704 are provided.
