    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyalkylene glycol-based polymer which exhibits performances such as cement dispersibility or slump retention property at a higher level, and is thereby useful for various applications, especially for the application of cement admixture, and to provide a cement admixture and a cement composition using the same.SOLUTION: The polyalkylene glycol-based polymer has such a structure that a terminal oxygen atom at at least one terminal of a polyalkylene glycol chain is bonded directly or via an organic residue to the terminal of the main chain of a polymer including a constituent unit derived from a vinyl-based monomer component. The polyalkylene glycol-based polymer has a structure of the formula (1), and the vinyl-based monomer component indispensably includes an unsaturated polyalkylene glycol-based monomer. In the unsaturated polyalkylene glycol-based monomer, the average added mole number r is 50 or more.
