SOLUTION: This header assy includes: a header holding a plurality of electrode pins to be insulated from one another; an igniting element-loaded capacitor 3, in which an external terminal electrode 4 for electrical connection to an igniting element is provided on the central outer peripheral surface of the capacitor and the igniting element is placed thereon; and an IC having first, second and third electrode pads electrically connected to both end electrodes and the external terminal electrode of the igniting element-loaded capacitor and a communicating electrode for electrically connecting to the electrode pins of the header to communicate with the externals. The IC is installed on the header, and the igniting element-loaded capacitor is installed on the IC, and electrically connected to the electrode pins through the communicating electrode provided on the IC.
