摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head gasket having high fatigue resistance by suppressing cracking of full beads.
SOLUTION: A material is supplied from a coil constituted by winding strip stainless (101). The material is subjected to shot peening at least at positions for forming full beads on both surfaces of the material (102). Both the surfaces of the material are subjected to chemical conversion treatment (103), and the coating is applied to both the surfaces of the material (104). The resulting material is then put into a pressing machine to perform molding of full beads 11a while being subjected to boring processing or blank processing of the periphery by the pressing machine (105).
