      SOLUTION: The laminated coating film has a coating film layer 30 which is directly or indirectly formed on the surface of a matter 10 to be coated and contains the coloring material and/or the brightening material of maximum particle diameter of 15 μm or more, a first buffering coating film layer 40A which is formed on the surface of the coasting film layer 30 and a particle shape buffering material, and a second buffering coating film layer 40B which is formed on the surface of the first buffering coating film layer and contains a particle shape buffering material of a smaller particle diameter than that of the particle shape buffering material containing the first buffering coating film layer.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold drying-type water-based film protecting composition environmentally-friendly and excellent in film protecting properties and easily removable properties, to provide a cold drying-type water-based film protecting agent obtained by using the composition, and to provide a water-based film protecting coat.
      SOLUTION: This cold drying-type water-based film protecting composition comprises a hydrophilic polyrotaxane, wherein the hydrophilic polyrotaxane includes a cyclic molecule, a straight-chain molecule, and sealing groups and the straight-chain molecule or the cyclic molecule has hydrophilicity. An inclusion amount of the cyclic molecule is 0.06 to 0.61. A molecular weight of the straight-chain molecule is 1,000 to 60,000. The cold drying-type water-based film protecting agent comprises the cold drying-type water-based film protecting composition, wherein the composition is contained in an amount of 50-90%. The water-based film protecting coat is formed by solidifying the cold drying-type water-based film protecting agent, wherein a thickness of the protecting coating is 100-1,000 μm.
