The molecular weight of the linear molecule is 1,000-5,000. The linear molecule is a polyethylene glycol or a polycaprolactone. The crosslinked polyrotaxane is obtained by binding polymers with the polyrotaxane with the reduced amount of the cyclic molecules through the cyclic molecule.

The water-based film protecting coat is formed by solidifying the cold drying-type water-based film protecting agent, wherein a thickness of the protecting coating is 100-1,000 μm.
