      SOLUTION: The mounting structure is provided for mounting the plate members via a clip. The clip 1 has a sucker-shaped flange 10 for covering the mounting hole 7a of an uppermost plate member 7, a leg 12, and an engaging pawl 16 which is mounted to the leg 12 whose diameter is shrunk in a process of being inserted through the mounting hole 7a and which is elastically restored and prevented from coming off when protruded from the mounting hole. The lowermost plate member 5 out of the plate members has a releasing recessed portion 54 which is formed on the reverse face, opposed to the engaging pawl 16 by the rotation of the clip 1 in the coming-off preventing state of the engaging pawl 16, and shrinks the diameter of the engaging pawl 16 to be extractable from the mounting hole by the stress of the clip 1 in the extracting direction.
