Hereby, the extraction force of the pin 16 is prevented and the clip 12 that is difficult to come off is obtained although the pin 16 is easily inserted. Also, the plastic deformation of the engagement piece 46 is prevented by the extraction force of the pin 16 transferred to other parts through the engagement piece 46 so that a backlash is not arising between a body panel 14 and a decoration member 10.
