    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncombustible sheet-like composition having a low cost and high thermal resistance property and further having electromagnetic wave absorption/sound absorption performance, and to provide an electromagnetic absorption/sound absorption structure and a sound insulation wall using the same.
      SOLUTION: The noncombustible sheet-like composition 10 is formed in a single layer structure or a multilayer structure inclined in the thickness direction for a relative dielectric constant of 1.2-5.0, and arranged so that the electromagnetic wave may be incident from the low relative dielectric constant side. This noncombustible sheet-like composition 10 contains a rock wool as a substrate fiber for developing and controlling the relative dielectric constant, etc. And, electromagnetic wave absorption and sound absorption performance are given. The noncombustible sheet-like composition 10 is housed in a predetermined housing to the electromagnetic absorption/sound absorption structure, which is arrayed on a flat surface as the sound insulation wall.
