摘要： An axial pump (10), particularly for aquariums and the like, comprising - an impeller body (11), provided with an impeller (12) which has a hub (13) jointly connected to a rotor (14) of an electric motor (15), the stator (17) of which is enclosed in a cage-like frame (16), which also encloses the impeller body (11), - means (18) for contrasting the rotation of the impeller body (11) in a nonworking direction, - means (19) for supporting the impeller body (11) in the frame (16), which form a working axis (A). The working axis (A) is an axis of rotation for the impeller body (11) and at the same time it is an axis of translational motion thereof for its displacement, by hydrodynamic action of the impeller (12), - in a nonworking position, in which the impeller body (11) engages the contrast means (18), being prevented by them from rotating in the nonworking direction, or - in a working position, in which the impeller body (11) is spaced from the contrast means (18) and can rotate freely about the working axis (A), in a working direction that is opposite to the nonworking direction. The impeller body (11), when inactive, is in the nonworking position.
