    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillation optical device with a low light stimulation energy threshold value that eliminates the need for an optical resonator employing a chiral liquid crystal. SOLUTION: Although a conventional system for applying optical stimulation to the chiral liquid crystal added with a laser oscillation luminescent material applies linearly polarized light to the chiral liquid crystal to stimulate laser, the laser oscillation optical device applies optical stimulation to the chiral liquid crystal with circularly polarized light in a direction opposite to the molecular chirality of the chiral liquid crystal to stimulate laser with a high efficiency.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute laser oscillator in which a polymeric material is fundamentally used and an organic dye is used as a light emitting layer and can be designed in an arbitrary density and an energy (threshold value) required for an oscillation is low and a single wavelength can be oscillated without any dispersion.
      SOLUTION: The minute laser oscillator is provided by three dimensionally and regularly arranging mono dispersion particles in a transparent medium to include the mono dispersion particles, using colloid crystal films reflecting a specific wavelength band, and arranging the light emitting layer between two sheets of the colloid thin films.
