摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor guiding system for an endoscope capable of easily performing an inserting operation into the body in the case of inserting an anchor into the body of a patient in the state of mounting it on the tip part of an endoscope insertion part, and a method of inserting the anchor to the inside of an object part in the anchor guiding system by the endoscope. SOLUTION: In the anchor guiding system for the endoscope, the connection body of a magnetic anchor and a hooking member 3 capable of hooking the object part is inserted inside an object together with the endoscope, the magnetic anchor and the hooking member 3 are separated from the endoscope, then the object part is hooked by the hooking member 3, and the magnetic anchor and the object part hooked by the hooking member 3 are moved by magnetic force generated from a magnetic anchor guiding device arranged outside the object. The magnetic anchor is provided with an attaching part 2b to the insertion part distal end 22 of the endoscope and a visual field securing through-hole 2e for securing the visual field of an observation window 24 facing the observation window 24 provided on the distal end of the insertion part at the time of being mounted on the tip of the insertion part of the endoscope. SOLUTION: The anchor remote guidance system for the endoscopes is provided with a latch member for latching the subject sites within an object thereon, a magnetic anchor comprising a magnetic material connected to the latch member, a gravity anchor comprising a non-magnetic material connected to the latch member and a magnetic anchor guidance device which is disposed outside the object and generates the magnetic fields to move the magnetic anchor in a specified direction by the magnetic forces generated by the magnetic fields. The magnetic forces working on the magnetic anchor and the gravity on the gravity anchor are combined to move the subject sites latched on the latch member in the direction of the combination of the forces.
